Good location near Harbour for Bunaken. Staff was nice, everything was generally ok, but I wouldn't stay except for the convenience of the location.
Everything is old, very expensive, doesn't feel too clean, although not exActly dirty. Maybe should be 80,000 IDR per night max.
Close to the harbor to go to Bunaken island
Five mosques in the area starting with the prayers at 04:15 in the mporning. The hotel is not sound proof so if you are interested in getting a full nights sleep this is not a good option.
It's next to the harbour. 2 minutes walking to the (private) boats to Bunaken. Internet works, breakfast is oke, rooms are quite oke. Just good for a night if you don't bring 'four star expectations'.
Could be cleaner. Location is practical, not very romantic but that's hard to change :)
The room was very spacious for the price. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Great value for money.
They could not help us too much to organize adventure activities. We had to do that on our own.
Nothing much to say... Just Nice place
Helpfull/friendly staff and very good located (next to the habour) for the ships to Bunaken
A little overprised for a hotel in Indonesia
Friendly staff and directly situated to the habour where the boots to Bunaken boarding.
The room was dirty.Spots on the towels and also on the bedlinens. The shower was orrible and dirty...ants were walking on the wall and also on the floor. We also found a warm on a chair. Our room was noisy as well.Nightmare.Don't book a room there...never!
- location - cheap (breakfast incl.) - very helpful staff
- not always clean (bathtub was gross, spots on the floor in the main room)
beds were very comfortable, large room with balcony, very good breakfast buffet
Wifi only in the restaurant
Not much, except close to the harbor.
Very old and run down. Worst of all, the area is terrible. It is surrounded by very old warehouses and lock-up buildings, gives you a bit of a nightmare when you go there. Suppose you have to consider price / value… For very seasoned backpacker, it may be OK, but if not, would not recommend
Nice&helpfull staffs,good location,clean hotel..
wifi provided only at the hotel restaurant..
close to the harbor leaving for Bunaken.
not very clean bathroom. only acceptable for one night.
Okay for a night or two of transit. Next to the port where you take the boat to Bunaken.
Reception and restaurant staff were extremely helpful. Local people were lovely. Hotel was basic but we don't mind this sort of thing as long as it is clean - which it was. The hotel is near the ocean, some markets and a village not too far away. This all made for colourful interactions with the local people.
I was very surprised at the prices charged for hotels in Sulawesi. For the amount paid at his hotel (and others) you could get a "palace" in Bali, Lombok and elsewhere in Indonesia.
Perfectly located on the harbour front it is ideal to spend one night before heading out to Bunaken or somewhere else. It has good value for money and the breakfast is good. You can't do much wrong here. I had the deluxe suite and it was spacious and had a nice view.
The harbour front is probably the busiest and noisiest part of town. The Hotel does not offer a lot of relaxation opportunities.
