The shopping mall is conveniently located next to the hotel. Easy access to foods and shopping. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is located at a very heavy traffic area. from my room window , I noticed that the traffic jam is still very heavy near to midnight. Didn't had a chance to go else where because of the traffic jam. Just imagine the distance from the Jakarta airport to the hotel to my understanding is about 20~25km. It took me more than 1.5hrs to reached. Astaga!

Right next door to a mall with a wide variety of stores. In close proximity to other shopping opportunities. Also, the pool area is nice and the breakfast selection is very good – anything from classic continental to the more exciting Asian alternatives. The menu changes from day to day. The biggest flaw is the fact that wi-fi isn't free. Either you have to pay for a room on the right floor that gives free access to the web or you have to order a drink or meal in the restaurants or lobby to be given a code of the day. Either way it's rather absurd in this day and age that a hotel that profiles itself towards business and international travelers wants to keep something this useful off limits.

Nice breakfast buffet (BTW great French bread), located next to (bit average) mall, newly renovated room, room windows from floor to ceiling and nice city views, friendly staff, fast and efficient check-in and check-out, Internet in business centre is fast and convenient Building is from the 60s or 70s and therefore outside not very charming (but is inside in very good shape), all areas of the hotel and also our room were way too cold air-conditioned

The hotel was good, good services, good furniture, and smiley staff. However, the main reason behind choosing this hotel was the mall that is attached to it (7 stories mall) and we were staying just to relax for 1 day There wa a spot in the arm chair The bathroom was old and rusty

The hotel is just next to the Mall, which is a plus as you could do some shopping while on business between appointments. Probably the hotel looks abit old in furnishings and design in the lobby, perhaps a facelift could improve the first impression.

Hotel staff is weak in answering questions pertaining to Internet Bookings. I chose this hotel simply because it is 30 minutes drive to the airport. Shopping also not as good as other areas like Kelapa Gading. Price is a bit on the high side. You have to pay for internet facilities and connections are quite slow.

Het hotel is gevestigd naast de Mall , dus het hotel uit en je komt dan de Mall binnen met de prachtige winkels. Het is voor ons de eerste keer dat we geboekt hebben in dit hotel . Het is een heel leuk hotel.

مو قغ الفندق جداممتاز بالاضافه الى مكانه القريب من المطار والمجمع الملحق في الفندق فوق الخيال لا يوجد معامله مميزه او اي شيء يميز عملاء الفندق فانا من رواد الفندق منذ 6 سنوات ولم احصل على اي خصم او اي شيء يذكر يجعلني من عملاء الفندق حتى انني عندما اطلب بان احصل على اي شيء اقابل بابتسامه غريبه من الموظفين توحي كان لماذا تحصل على شيئ مميز من الفندق وكذلك سعر الفندق غالي جدا داخل الفندق في مقابل مكاتب السياحه في الخارج يقدمون سعر ارخص بطثير من الذي يقدمه الفندق لعملاءه
