Hotel Ciputra Jakarta  

Right next door to a mall with a wide variety of stores. In close proximity to other shopping opportunities. Also, the pool area is nice and the breakfast selection is very good – anything from classic continental to the more exciting Asian alternatives. The menu changes from day to day.

The biggest flaw is the fact that wi-fi isn't free. Either you have to pay for a room on the right floor that gives free access to the web or you have to order a drink or meal in the restaurants or lobby to be given a code of the day. Either way it's rather absurd in this day and age that a hotel that profiles itself towards business and international travelers wants to keep something this useful off limits.

Good sized, clean room and bathroom. Excellent shower water pressure. Obliging and friendly staff especially at the Swimming Pool bar. Well located to shopping centre. Easy access from and to Airport. This is not unique to the Cipuitra but what a blessing is the new Inodnesian ban on smoking inside.

No min-bar - and the small fridge was not working (it was finally replaced by a smilimnng and very obliging trechnician). Ice machine on 7th (or perhaps the 9th?) floor was not connected - contrary to instructions in the Room Guide I could not find adequate instructions as to how to adjust the room ac - which had been adjusted to maximum warmth!

The hotel was good, good services, good furniture, and smiley staff. However, the main reason behind choosing this hotel was the mall that is attached to it (7 stories mall) and we were staying just to relax for 1 day

Reasonable acces to airport for business travellers while still in the city.

The hotel is just next to the Mall, which is a plus as you could do some shopping while on business between appointments.

Probably the hotel looks abit old in furnishings and design in the lobby, perhaps a facelift could improve the first impression.

Das Zimmer war alt, das Internet langsam, das Restaurant ist seit Dezember geschlossen und wird erst im Herbst/Winter wieder geöffnet. Frühstück/Restaurant in der Lobby

это действительно не плохой отель за умеренную плату. если вы едете в командировку, то он вполне отвечает запрашиваемым требованиям.

لا يوجد معامله مميزه او اي شيء يميز عملاء الفندق فانا من رواد الفندق منذ 6 سنوات ولم احصل على اي خصم او اي شيء يذكر يجعلني من عملاء الفندق حتى انني عندما اطلب بان احصل على اي شيء اقابل بابتسامه غريبه من الموظفين توحي كان لماذا تحصل على شيئ مميز من الفندق وكذلك سعر الفندق غالي جدا داخل الفندق في مقابل مكاتب السياحه في الخارج يقدمون سعر ارخص بطثير من الذي يقدمه الفندق لعملاءه

الموقع ممتاز جدا ... الطاقم متعاون .... الاهتمام في العميل بشكل غير طبيعي ... كل دور له مكان يسمي مكتب خدمات +البوفيه الصباحي يعني مافيه زحمه تاكل علي راحتك ماعندك احد يضايقك....النادي الرياضي ممتع جدا ... المول بجوارك ممتاز جدا ... الغرفة من ناحية النظافه ممتازه والخدمه ايضا كل شي فيه ممتاز توجد لديهم خدمة التوصيل للمطار مجانيه يجب الترتيب مسبقا لتوفير سيارة
