I booked this hotel bcoz the only 3rooms apartment/hotel I can found from the internet. The price really reasonable. But yet not advisable if you stay for several night or if you like walk around since for the location itself. Free wifi in lobby & free internet in your room. Breakfast just ok.

Rats running around the parking lot, room smelt strange, possibly from insecticides. Poor AC which was bad because the windows cannot be opened. This place has for sure seen better times.

Ask for an iron and you get an iron...

...but you don't get an ironing board. No air-cond, just noisy vents. Has kettle and cups, but doesn't have coffee/tea/ sugar/creamer or spoons.

1. Location is bad. It's not safety not at night. Staff and the receiptionist is not friendly. We have been charged an extra bed fee (without notification) at the last day, because we booked a family room for 4 people (we're a group of 5). At the first night, they say it was okay to stay in family rooms with 5 people. If they had told us earlier, we would ask for an extrabed and another non-delicious breakfast for 1 extra person and pay the price, rather than paying for nothing! Not recommended to stay for a long stay. There were still many other hotels in Medan.

I like the building, the amenities and all facilties were very good

It was really difficult to find the location. the position of the hotel just inside small road and surrounded by peoples houses..

Cheap and quite away from busy roads.

The entrance of the hotel is quite confusing but still OK for the price offered.

The buffet breakfast was terrible even though the hotel staff knew that I and my group is around 10 pax the food wasn"t enough by the time we go down for breakfast.The free shuttle that been promised it wasnt there at airport when we landed at POlonia.

This service apartment is big enough to accommodate us i.e 6 adults and 2 children. Its also provides free shuttle to airport which such a bliss to us. Overall our stay in this apartment is quite convenient with value to money. However its location is far from main tourism spot and very difficult to find halal food around this hotel. Bare in mind that its located in the centre of chinese area i.e jalan sun yat sen so halal food is difficult to find. Its area just look like georgetown penang, no wonder some people said medan is twin to penang....

Down side of this hotel is the food. Breakfast is very simple with nasi goreng and bread, with some fresh fruit, banana or papaya. So we deserve what we pay right. There is no toilet door, just curtain, luckyly we travel with family if not, its quite embarras to do bussiness there....

Location is good, easy to find food, proportional to the price, have a wifi connection, comfortable parking, simple breakfast, quick access to the top floor (2 lifts available), access to the roof terrace (good view of medan).

The automatic move sensor that controlling the toilet's light and exhaust fan make me crazy, it's always turn on and off if someone entering toilet. And it disturbing my sleep. The wifi connection only works on Lobby (4th floor), not works on 16th floor lobby. The hot water didn't works on 16th room.

-Location is nearby to local Chinese shops -Price is fair -If u like chinese foods, then u can find lots of chinese food stall surrounding the hotel -Rooftop is the place where u can have a nice city view, roof top on 16th floor. -Free shuttle to air port, but need to reserve earlier. -Free car park -Room serve with lan port for internet using, but please do bring ur own lan cable.

- Air conditioning is warm, even at night time, room temperature couldn't get below 23c - bathroom water drainage get blocked easily - Need 15-20 min reach heart of Medan city, for shopping complex and interesting place to visits. -Lobby will close around 2pm, no more walk-in from lobby, back door from car park. -Hotel located in a small road, fews block from main road so hard to get taxi -Not LCD tv in my room, but when i booked it show is LCD tv. -No massage / SPA center -WIFI only can obtain at lobby

Sauber, freundliches Personal, Frühstück für asiatische Verhältnisse ok, Zimmer sehr nüchtern aber zweckmäßig

personnel extrêmement serviable et attentif a toutes les demandes,bon renseignement sur ce qu'il y a à voir,petit déjeuner indonésien copieux,propreté irreprochable

la faiblesse du wifi dans les chambres,pratiquement inexistant pendant 2 jours,et le manque d'eau chaude a partir du 8éme etage,dommage que l'entretien technique soit largement delaissé
