Close to the beach friendly staff

1. Far away from just about everything 2. restaurants selection in the hotel were limited and food was very bad and not authentic - e.g., the Japanese restaurant served somen and thought it was udon (udon was the only noodle dish on the menu) 3. would not exchange IDR to USD. when asked multiple times why that cannot be done, kept repeating it is not hotel policy to do so

The grounds of this property is beautiful.

I had high expectations as this was my 1st Conrad stay and was disappointed. I asked for a quiet room in my booking and was given a room next to the lift - Room 1131. There was a 1cm cockroach in my bathroom on the 1st day - I have a photo of this. The shower needs some effort to switch on. Please get it fixed. The light switches need to be centralized. Overall, the room needs a makeover.

The Place is peaceful and quiet, with wonderful view of sun rise at the beach. Very suitable for someone who is looking for a relaxing gateaway.

The Beach is too quiet and we cannot play surfing or just enjoy the wave.

Too many children. Noisy at night. Very sensitive, other guests woke us up late and early. The hotel-staff started working at 6 at suki-restaurant. By the pool they smashed the madresses on every sunbed - doing that around 50-60 times, you wake up! The pool was open for use 24hour, very negative! Noisy! And what about rinsing-prosesse? The hotel-area was beautiful, but a walk along the beach was dirty and full of litter. Only one meter outside the hotel-area was bad!

A combination of service, good food, good facilities and for Bali a well organised hotel makes us return to this hotel.

Over the New Year, it was difficult to obtain sufficeint sun loungers for a family. there are too many chairs with twoels thrown over them. In my opinion if they are not used for a period of two hours they should be cleared to allow other guests the use of them.

The hotel staff were really friendly and we got upgraded to a suite! The 30 usd extra cost to the suite was really worthwhile, including afternoon tea, cocktail, wifi and free laundry! Complete our stay perfectly!

Conrad sebagai hotel bintang 5,mempunyai kamar yang bersih ,nyaman dan fasilitas kolam renang yang menyenangkan untuk anak-anak.Juga bila kita menyukai water sport,kita bisa jalan kaki dari belakang hotel dan menikmatinya.

Pemesanan dari booking.com dan sudah dikonfirmasi ulang oleh hotel,( Resort deluxe twin bed) ternyata pada saat di hotel,ternyata jenis kamar tsb tidak ada dan sudah penuh.Menurut kami,karena kami sudah memesannya dari bulan Mei seharusnya jenis kamar tsb harus ada,karena tentunya kamipun sudah memikirkannya jauh2 hari dan menmpertimbangkannya.

落ち葉の掃除はもっと頻繁にやったほうがよい。ホテル内の庭、大きいプール脇などたくさん落ちていて清潔感- が損なわれた。非常にもったいない。無料Wifi環境をもっと広くしたほうがよい。プールサイドなど。

Kamarnya nyaman, kualitas bedding dan toiletteries yg bagus sekali. Kolam renangnya bagus banget

Sebaiknya shuttle bus diadakan jg ke Kuta
