Mercure Convention Centre Ancol

maneger upgraded my room ftom superior to suite for lack of availability.

very old towels,roaches are everywhere , Ac dripping water,exit and entry by tickets for ancol

The location its good close from the beach, swimming pool its okay I enjoy it with my child.

The room need renovated especially for wall and bath room , the closet and shower area need full renovation because its looks old and not clean, will be better if Mercure can change with good quality of vanities.

Breakfast was good, staff service was prompt and generally polite. Kids club was clean and swimming pool is well-maintained

Room 763 (last room i stayed in) had only 1 working powerpoint behind the TV and that powerpoint was sometimes short and would suddenly go off and it would also automatically switch off the lights in the toilet. Bathed in darkness at least 2x. staff was prompt in repairing but the problem kept coming back. There was no table for making tea or my babies milk.... had to use dressing table.

Good facilities, good Wired Internet Service, and Nice Staff. Good designed hotel, nice view at sea. Very Quit and save place to spend a honeymoon vecation. Near to Jakarta Airport (soecarno).

Far from Shopping Centers.

Staying there most relaxing and the location is wonderful. My wife and I enjoyed walking together at night especially near the beach, and listening to the music being played at the lobby area while we had our drinks. We feel safe.

sehr ruhig am Meer gelegen, unbedingt Zimmer zur Meerseite nehmen, Fruehstueck sehr reichhaltig und gut, angenehme Atmosphaere

rustige omgeving en een paar interesante dingen om te bezichtigen

sommige dingen vindt ik niet goed zoals ik heb aangeduid maar er zijn ook wel een paar goede

Ik heb een heerlijk verlijf gehad in het hotel! Het personeel was bijzonder aardig en alles was prima geregeld! Heerlijk ontbijt trouwens...Ook de faciliteiten waren uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit!Kamers zeer groot en schoon!

Het avond eten was iets minder van kwaliteit en qua prijs toch aan de hoge kant!!
