Close to biz area in JKT The exchange rate was a complete and utter scam. Under 9,000 IDR to the USD to change money yet almost 10,000 IDR to the USD when it was time to convert the quoted room rate of 90 USD into IDR. Nicely tacking on an additional 12% to thr web sites pricing. |

Near a shopping mall - Restaurants inside hotel are good, very cheap.(2 japanese, 1 morroco, 1 buffet international) Hotel is so old style need to be refresh. Internet fee 15USD per day provided by Intouch service is very expensive. |

Good staff and an extremely comfortable hotel. Venue convienient. Hightly recommended Security is fine but should include the guests. The side access from the Mall should be kept open at least 20 minutes after the mall closes. It wasn't when I stayed and I was exposed to makming my way through dark and potentially dangerous side roads to get back inside the hotel. Nb this is not a complaint but an observation. |

No good compliment The Lobby Lounge is a sauna no aircond at all and the breakfast is full of crap, either too salty or tasteless, for Asian standard this is the worst Room is mouldy with smell...and noisy too, this hotel is 19 years old already time to renovate. This is the worst 5 star I've ever stayed in my 10 years of travelling around Asian countries ! |

prima roomservice "luxe kamer" die sterk vochtig rook. Ondanks 'do not disturb' mijn kamer opgemaakt. Zwembad waar het lawaai van de airco machines overweldigend was, geen handdoek te vinden was (er werd gezegd dat die er wel zou zijn) |
