Renovations were going on from early in the morning around the pool.

The open floorplan of the villas. The proximity to restaurants and shopping. The food was excellent.

Staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. Fees things which I would like to recommend is to have micro wave n toaster in each room.

the deluxe pool villa is nice - look exactly the same with the picture. cleaning will be done on daily basis

it is raining season when i was there,too many mosquito which affect sleeping.then net doesn't fully close up & also the sliding door have gap between to enable the mosquito to enter the room area.open toilet drainage system was not good, if rain, it will be wet all around.

We met the owners and they were really nice. One of our friends fell ill and they gave us a late check out so that he could rest in the villa. It was much appreciated.

I stayed in the One Bedroom Villa with private pool and thought that the facilities were excellent. Friend's stayed in the Deluxe Pool Villa and that was disappointing. The private pool was overlooked by an upstairs unit (occupied by others), the room itself was quite old, and construction noise was a problem. However, they were quickly shifted to a one bedroom villa with private pool (same as mine) and were as happy as pigs in mud. Staff excellent - nothing too much trouble. They sent me a cake and flowers for my 50th birthday which was unexpected and lovely. Courtesy car to and from airport. Meals were good. I would stay here again, but only in the one bedroom villa with pool

Great location, amazing villas and friendly staff

the rooms were big with beautiful bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and granted our requests in a timely manner. The villas were very clean and the food offered at the village was very good. The free drop off into kuta before 11pm was also very convenient.

The shower pressure was lacking and we had a issues with the toilet blocking up but the staff were quick to act to fix the toilet.

We found Desamuda Resort to be absolutely fantastic! The facilities are beautiful, the staff extremely polite and very friendly. We will definately be going back.

Friendly helpful staff. Remarkably quiet and peaceful (could not hear the main road at all) Beautiful gardens, clean and spacious rooms/villas Access to shuttle bus service to airport, shopping, restaurants. Photo's were a true/accurate representation of what they are like.

Struggling to find any complaint or issue with this accommodation.

Everything, from the minute I arrived until I left nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The Villa is much better than the photos on the web page and I would recommend this property to all ages and budgets.

The staff as Desamuda were professional, obliging and very friendly. We booked a two bedroom villa but were upgraded to a three bedroom villa on our arrival. Although we still had the use of only two bedrooms the villa had a luxurious feel for the family. We were holidaying with our two boys ( 12 & 14 yrs) who loved the private pool and their own spacious bathroom. The resort had two larger pools which were always free from crowds... I swam laps each day in the larger resort pool and there was never anyone else in the pool .... loved it! The resort was incredibly quiet and relaxing , yet outside the front entrance was the business of Seminyak. Desamuda is a hidden tranquil jem, right in the middle of the lovely boutique shopping area , a range of cafes and bars to chose from. We prefered eating on Jalan Abimanyu Road which had a range of cafes and very affordable. The walk to the beach and the cheaper markets is 10- 15 mins . Right across the road from Desamuda is Espace Spa where I had the most amazing massage ... luxury and affordable. Yes, we are coming back next year and will be staying at Desamuda again. My son Jacob misses David's cooked eggs for breakfast!

It would be great if they could add English Breakfast Tea to their selection of tea for breakfast.

The villas were excellent, clean and well maintained. The grounds were also excellent. Staff were very friendly and happy to help out.

The first thing I liked about Desamuda is the fact I was contacted by email a couple of weeks before we left Perth to let me know someone would be waiting for us at the airport to pick us up. The tone of the email was one of efficiency yet with a warmth and friendliness which we found to be the case throughout our stay We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Desamuda. I went with two other female friends and all of us have said we will definitely return. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Any request was dealt with immediately. We chose the three bedroom villa as we each wanted our own bathroom. It was everything we hoped for, and more. The villa was beautiful, the grounds well maintained and the location excellent for shopping if you're looking for something a little more than market style dressing. I would highly recommend Desamuda.

The only recommendation we gave them in our feedback is that the lighting in the bathroom and over the dining table could be better.

Considering we were paying $250USD for bali per night you would expect a deluxe villa to be exactly that ( we have stayed at another and it was fabulous). The villa had an open toilet and the pool was no bigger than a spa bath. We were moved to a smaller less expensive villa but it did have a bigger pool but the room smelled like boiled cauliflower. I asked if we could be charged the lesser rate as it was a standard villa and they declined, I asked to speak to the manager 3 times on 3 different days and he was always busy.We wanted to give him a chance to resolve this but he was clearly unavailable. No one asked why we moved rooms or if we were happy. DO not stay here as the entire complex is tired,expensive for what it is and the food is awful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The internet access is ok.

The location of Desamuda was excellent. The 3 bedroom villa was lovely, it was really nice to have our own private pool, and kitchen to allow us to make some of our own meals. We were also put right next door to our friends in the other villa even though they arrived a few days before us. The outdoor bathroom was amazing, and the shower, heavenly! Would definately recommend Desamuda to friends and family in the future.

Fantastic location, close to shops and resturants. Easy to find. Extremily friendly staff most attentive to all your needs. Romatic atmosphere.

To make our stay that little more pleasurable I suggest that the evening restuarant step the quality of their menu's food up a bit more to compare with local resturants. Breakfast was superb, and to have dinner to equal or better would give you the opportuinty to go out for the day and eat in and not have to worry about going out again.

Beautiful villas with private pool. Buffet breakfast with a lovely variety of food. Very friendly staff always willing to help. Shuttle service to many places. Very close to beach, shopping and many great restaurants. Hope to stay again and for longer.

Nothing we didn't like about Desamuda, great place.
