Every single staff was outwardly accommodating, pleasant, friendly. Makes your day even though the weather ( end Nov ) was 'killer-heat' and you just feel irritable. I am very happy and have been singing praises to all friends, colleagues and business contacts. Sure hope to bring my family there sometime soon. |

Was very, very quiet, which would be good some. Villas were nice and quite large. Despite the price being in USD they required me to pay in IDR and tried to use a high IDR/USD rate, which I thought was a little bit cheeky. Is about 1.5km walk from the beach, but they offered to drive me into town or to the beach free of charge. |

Very luxury hotel, with good restaurant and other facilities. Airport drop-off. Friendly Staff. Quiet but close to Kuta. The hotel was overbooked, for one night another hotel was arranged in the same category. Solved properly (except for late information) |

The privacy was welcome being off the main street. The villas weree spacious and very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the shuttle service very useful.Private pools were excellent. Some bettere lighting to be able toread in the rooms and the living areas. Seating in the living areas perhaps could be made more comfortable. |

The hotel is small and the villas all very close to the pool areas. I you want to be away from the large busy hotels then this is a great choice. The mosquitoes were a problem, but the pest control people came during our stay and as soon as they sprayed the problem was under control. |

Relaxed by the pool, enjoyed the "deluxe" villa accommodation and the private plunge pool and the outdoor shower. The hotel staff were always, always smiling and friendly. Sheets were not changed daily, in fact I do not think they were changed all week. The floor was swept but ot mopped. The breakfast offered was inadequate. On the plus side, the room staff always put things away for me and left the room tidy but I would have liked the sheets changed and the floor mopped. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Free shutte to Kuta and Seminyak areas very convenient. Gardens well maintained. Water pressure low for showers and toilets, no internet connection, air condition not fully in 2 bdrm villa hence mosquitoes a problem in open areas, pool not enclosed so not ideal for young children |
