Excellent location.

No carpets which makes it very noisy. Breakfast is in a canteen facility which looks poor and is noisy as well. Some rooms don't have windows.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Did not provide Jug Kettle for the guest to boil the hot water. Did not change the towel. i stayed 3 nites at the same room and yet my towel was not being changed. The breakfast is fair not really good. i stayed at deluxe room but the condition is not within my expectation the space is smaller compared to standard room, in fact my travel mate got a good spacious room by booking only a standard room.

the location is very convenient to shops, dining and clubbing.

Transportation and Hotel Breakfast is very Poor.

the location near from downtown, budget save hotel

the room was a bit humid & stinky..because there are no windows at all, the room not spacious, welcome drink only for 1 person, while i was stay with my husband., the mall (braga citiwalk) is under renovation while i was stayed there.

Near to shopping area.

Almost everything related to hotel. Renovation works being carried out. Lobby is difficult to find. Room is small and do not have open window. Breakfast tastes horrible.

Staff are friendly Easy to find food for those who do not have transport. There is a spa exclusively for ladies within the same building.

Bathroom is so smelly and I need to hold breathing to brush my teeth.. The room is not soundproof at all and you can't have sound sleep and you can even hear next door's occupant's snore, and you will never feel that you are alone... No hot water services, when I ask for water for my medicine, they asked if I have any tumbler or container... ohh.

Close with city and night life

The best about this hotel is the staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Very quick in helping the travelers as well. Good value for money and strategic location.

Breakfast needs to improve but what do u expect with that kind of money on a hotel. Still good value though.

the hotel is cosy and clean, it is more like a business executive hotel than any others, the location is good, though distance away from the factory outlets the good side is no traffic jam or continous noisy like other shopping streets

the room doesnt come with windows which is not specified upon booking ....it is quite staffy after a while, we need to upgrade our rooms to the executive suites in order to have windows

For me it is a nice and friendly hotel with pleasant surrounding. Since it is near to Wendy's I have no problem to find food at night and also I can listen to good music at the Kiosk just outside the lobby.

The smell coming out of the toilet but small problem because we are always out of the room during the day.

Close to the city

When checked in, no staff helped bring my luggages; The displaying room on the internet was different (and poorer) than the one I got; Parking was NOT free although it says free on the booking print out and parking voucher - I paid Rp 8,000,-/day.

Centrally located and the fare is budget- friendly compare to other hotels which is similar class and rather far from downtown. We will come back again. Besides there is a connecting room too. It is Good for travelling with family.

As the rooms are constructed from a shopping ground floor at Favehotel braga, there is not sufficient fesh air circulating the room , very stuffy and the air-con is not suitable for that room size (room 173).

Center of Bandung City which near to many culinary places

Le centre d'achat est presentemebt en rénovation donc accueil moche. Chambre bruillante.

Kenyamanan,ramah tamah staf,pelayanan di reception,restoran,petugas petugas hotelnya bagus,,ramah,tolong dipertahankan bahkan lebih ditingkatkannya LG

Akses parkir,eskalator,lift,sangat minim utk menuju lobby hotel, walaupun sedang dalam renovasi tp hrs dipikirkan ruangan u/drop tamu,turun in barang tamu,parkir supaya gampang diber fasilitas valley walaupun dgn biaya tp yng minim
