Guest staying from 6 to 9 nights enjoy a complimentary one-hour foot massage/reflexology, limited to 2 guests per room. With a stay of 10 nights or longer, guests receive a complimentary foot massage and a Balinese massage, limited to 2 guests per room for a total of 2 hours.
Please note that the complimentary massage offer must be taken on the first or second day of your stay. Upon check-in, our receptionist will ask you to make the spa appointment so that we can prioritize booking space for you well ahead. This offer is not transferable or cumulative.
Parental supervision is recommended should parents let their children play at the kids' club. Spa guests can make free use of the outdoor Jacuzzi and aromatherapy steam room.
Open from 07:00 until 23:00, with live music 3 nights a week.
The contemporary superior rooms are designed with light, soft colours and furnishings, reflecting a fresh and tropical ambience. All the main beds are orthopedic in design for correct spinal alignment and so are good for travellers with sensitive backs. Every room also has a long sofa.
With 20 deluxe family rooms, the hotel is perhaps the largest family hotel in Bali. Each room is 55 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children (aged 10 or below).
A surcharge applies if there are more than 2 people, and the extra persons are more than 10 years of age.

For those who want to Kuta and all its surroundings, would recommend this Hotel. Despite not being on the beach, the truth is also not take more than 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are cleaned daily with change of towels and spare waters and coffees. Areas of the spa villas is very beautiful and calm. Suggested more privacy in the area of the restaurant since it is opposite the main street of Kuta, and there is no isolation from the street to the Hotel. Apart from the noise of cars and taxis to request their services, privacy is also lacking. I recommend also some maintenance care of the pool area (floor). |

Rooms were lovely and clean, loved the spa, domestic staff were wonderful, close to everything. I think the reception staff need to improve communication, what was explained was not what happened. Reception Staff were not very welcoming and pleasant but the other staff were wonderful. |

the staff were very friendly, the hotel was excellent value for the quality, cleanliness and services available, we were also happy with the breakfast selection, it was not far to access the markets, shopping and there was a good choice of resturants, we would definetly recommend this hotel. i would of liked more shade around the pool area |

I liked the fact that when I requested a ground floor room staff made sure that I received one I am allergic to cats, hence I do not like cats so was alarmed to find 'mangy' stray cats all over the hotel in particular the restaraunt where they were being fed left-overs by guests on food service plates this is totally unacceptable. |

If we neeeded anything the staff an management were only to willing follow up an help in anyway possible althought dad washurt it was handled with the upmost care and that you went thought all the family rooms to make sure everyone was safe which was great to see and it was kept between ourselves an staff an very important the manager himself dealt with it up front thank you |

It was pretty good value for money, considering we travel as a family of five. Close to Kuta shopping and far enough away to relax a bit. Easy access to the beaches. Thought that Breaky was good but it's more expensive when it came to dinners, etc, great value near by. Too much chlorine in the pool, water was really warm, perhaps a cover or more mature tree's as it felt like a warm bath offering very little respite. I'd still stay their again though. |

Everything, the Febris is a modern very friendly hotel, we even had the pleasure of meeting the manager who was most helpfull and very friendly, all of the staff were excellent especially the staff at the front desk and the spa girls Satiari and Diann and Rani these people helped to make our stay at the Febris very pleasant and have ensured that we will return again soon,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Well done Febris |

Everything were so amazing and fabulous especially dinning area, nicely decorated with Chinese New Year's lanterns. It was a value for money stay. We like the surrounding as it 's centrally located in Kuta shopping areas. |

The main thing I liked was the comfort of the room. Besides the comfort: the swimming pool is wonderful, the location is good (near shoppings and restaurants), the breakfast is cool (local and western food), the spa service is relaxing and hygienic and the rate was incredible in comparison with other places. I definitely would stay there again. |

Swimmingpool, near to minimarket, mall, and souvenirs shops, The room are clean, and the service were nice. The AC works fine but the wind blows were directly to head, body or foot no matter you set it, that makes me not comfortable enough. If I cover all of my body and head with the blanket, I got to hot. If I cover only my foot and body, I'd got neck pain in the morning. So I move the bed further from the AC, that was a heavy bed. |

All staff at Febris made us feel so welcome from the start to the end of our holiday. we made grat friends with them. The pool area requires more shade. Umbrellas would be great. |

The spa is amazing and the rooms are very clean. This hotel is bang for your buck. The food at the restaraunt is not very nice and takes a long time to get. There is also no shade around the pool area |

I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the room. I also liked the fact we were walking distance to Kuta Square. The service around the pool area was very slow. Most people using the pool had the same complaint. |

The room is clean and well ventilated. The private balcony overlooking the pool and garden is an added bonus as it made the place more spacious and a pleasant reading (and snoozing area). When we first arrived there was no water in the bathroom. However, as promised by the reception, it was rectified within half an hour. We appreciated that we were not given the run around on problems with the water. The reception cannot cope when guests check-out and check-in at the same time and in addition it acts as cashier for the restaurant. The check-in was quick but waiting for our turn took sometime as there was only 2 staff manning the counter. The floor area around the pool was extremely hot to the bare footed Perhaps the management could consider greening the floor area. |
