Febri's Hotel & Spa  

Spacious rooms to accommodate extra people especially children. Cleanliness of the pool and playroom for kids. Good price quality food and awesome banana pancakes and fritters!! We all LOVED the towel animals or (towelagami - named by my son!). We never wanted to take them apart to dry ourselves. Especially, thankyou so much for my beautiful swans and card for my Birthday. It was very beautiful and I was thrilled. The foot spa and body massage in absolute quiet - aaahhh... a dream. Very organized and smart people at the front desk when we arrived - always a bonus for a travelling family with restless children and a small baby. The extra care for our baby grandaughter. Thankyou very much. It was so thoughtful of you.

I had a head massage which was fabulous, but a bit noisy to start with and way too cold as the weather was so mild during our stay. We all wished the aircon could be turned off. I would like a little bit more garden.

The size of the Quintet room was fantastic, large fridge, large tv. They even put us on the lower floor for easy access to the room with 2 small children. The Spa is awesome. Service to the pool lounges is extremely fast. Price was awesome for our family of 5.

A dvd player in the room would be great.

Cleaniess and value for money

Their free WiFi never worked during my 4 day stay. I reported it to the reception but they said it's working. Other guests have the same problem.

Hotel was beautiful, clean and the people were so friendly. Food was delicious, lovely scenery, great location, and just basically a wonderful holiday. We will definately return to the Febri's.

Our bathroom unfortunately had a leak under the sink, which was not able to be fixed until we checked out a few days later as it would've taken more than a day to fix. They did however apologise, and we were given extra towels to soak up the water. We understood the circumstance but maybe a suggestion could be that they offer something in compensation, ie: small discount on accomodation, or voucher for the next visit, or maybe even a complimentry meal or massage! Regardless of that, we loved the hotel and staff we excellent.

did not particularly appreciate being woken at 10,40 pm with a phone call from reception, asking us what time we were checking out the next day. p.s. we did not book a standard room, we booked a superior room and stayed in 1320

An excellent, good value for money hotel. Would definitely stay again. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff are wonderful.

The 6 year old hotel located along the main shopping street of Kuta is well-maintained. Rooms/pool/premises are clean and staff are friendly. We got a driver take us around for sight-seeing from morning till evening and return to the area for shopping and dining in the evening. There was one morning we had a 4-hour spa in-house, it was relaxing and rejunevating. Overall a Great Bali experience!

I visited Febri's with my husband and four children aged 20 months 7, 9 and 16. We had a wonderful time there. Check in was easy. Our room was ready for us with delightful animal towels on the beds. The room was very spacious clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The bath was enormous. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Housekeeping came daily and our room was cleaned thoroughly with fresh sheets etc. I can not rate the food from the hotel highly enough. I have never in 34 years enjoyed food as much as I did in this hotel. With the young baby we ate in our room regularly because of her sleep times and I never once had a meal that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. It was also very reasonably priced. (Similar to prices on the streets) The pool was wonderful. Plenty of comfy recliner chairs out of the sun and there were squirrels in the trees. The service by the pool was quick and always of the highest quality. There was also a playground for the children. The hotel grounds are always being cleaned. The gardens are lovely and my baby was delighted with the fish-pond and bird by the pool. The hotel transport people were lovely too. The cars were clean with seatbelts good air-conditioner and the prices were good.

The only issue we had was getting wi fi connection. It worked but you had to be persistent to get a connection. This as far as we were concerned was not the hotels fault as we had similar problems at other sites away from the hotel too.
