Febri's Hotel & Spa  

Spacious rooms to accommodate extra people especially children. Cleanliness of the pool and playroom for kids. Good price quality food and awesome banana pancakes and fritters!! We all LOVED the towel animals or (towelagami - named by my son!). We never wanted to take them apart to dry ourselves. Especially, thankyou so much for my beautiful swans and card for my Birthday. It was very beautiful and I was thrilled. The foot spa and body massage in absolute quiet - aaahhh... a dream. Very organized and smart people at the front desk when we arrived - always a bonus for a travelling family with restless children and a small baby. The extra care for our baby grandaughter. Thankyou very much. It was so thoughtful of you.

I had a head massage which was fabulous, but a bit noisy to start with and way too cold as the weather was so mild during our stay. We all wished the aircon could be turned off. I would like a little bit more garden.

I absolutely loved the towel animals that our housekeeper made everyday. It made it exciting to return to our room each day!!

The pool was overly chlorinated which resulted in severe discomfort for the children and they hardly used the pool due to this. Other than that I have no complaints.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. Room service was very promt an lovely food. Have stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels an there service was nothing compared to the great service at the Febris hotel. Loved having different designs of towels on my bed every day. Juli was a great worker was very happy him for him cleaning my room everyday. And the day spa was amazing had my favorite of course which was Reni she was such a lovely person an made me feel very comfortable always an she is definitely a great asset to the hotel, an do hope that you pass this on to her boss. Thought it was So great the day spa girls to learn to speak English. Would highly recommend this hotel if on budget or would like really good service!

Nothing bad about the hotel. Except the building going on next door, but that is not the hotels fault . just feedback for you, would of been nice to have cushions on the sun lounges by the pool.

The spa is excellent value for money

There is currently renovations happening on either side of the hotel, whilst this is not the hotel's fault at present there is the constant drone of grinders and tools from approx 0800 until 1800 daily. Once the works are complete I'm sure the natural ambiance will return

Febri's was close to the Discovery Mall and WaterBom Park. Close to Jalan Legian night club area and lots of great restaurants. The restaurant in Febri's was very friendly and good value for money and excellent food. Plenty of Bemo drivers to choose from and small supermarket literally next door was very handy for stocking up on small items. Very friendly staff who were always pleasant.

Probably the construction next door was the downside but we were out most of the time so it wasn't a big deal for us. It started early around 8am and usually finished around 9pm. The mosquito fogging was quite intrusive and came into the rooms and smelt really bad.

arrived at 1130pm after the jetstar flight landed at 1030pm. immediately into the room with elephants on the bed and a king size bed. we had a superior room as they had run out of standard. Buffet breakfast fantastic. Short walk to the beach through the rich hotels over the road. fantastic gardens. Quiet, great pool, just next to the waterborn park

the fact that you had to pay on arrival

Need modern taps and shower in bathroom. Instead of bathtub it's better to install shower cabin.

We just love it ... watched it being built when stayed at Bali Rani, since completeion have always had a couple of nights at febris. great location, wonderful friendly staff and the spa is definately the BEST in Kuta .... have recommended to many friends and Family and everyone has really enjoyed their stay. Will be back soon ....

it was great value for money, the staff were very friendly and location in a great positive which made it easy for the whole family to access the market and shopping centres

everything was great but it would have been nice if the buffet breakfast had more of a variety or even if it varied daily

Febri's is quite a nice hotel worth its price. It is in Kuta, so you can not expect it to be very quiet, but on the other hand a taxi is never hard to find and you can get to the beach quickly.

The construction site next door kept making noise day and night!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Febris Hotel and will stay there every time I return to Bali. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Food was delicious, room fantastic. Cannot say enough about how good it was. I will recommend it to all my friends. It was also not too "touristy" which was perfect. Thanks to all for the stay.
