The rooms where clean, friendly staff I had accidentally booked an extra room by mistake and even though I did not notify them until 2 nights before they refused to refund me anything (I would have been happy with something) as they would have saved some money with us not using electricity and water. Also the cleaning staff could never remember to leave enough bath towels and we constantly had to keep ringing up for 1-2 more. |

the hotel staff is very polite & friendly the rooms were very spacious the resturant is very open not closed in so made it roomy fresh & cool & heaps of room for children while other people were eating very nice family hotel the pool was gr8 4 young & old the beds were a bit hard |

Location was good.Friendly atmosphere.Indian hotels nearby.Family room was very big and comfortable.Swimming pool was big and well made. A lot of flowers and trees gives nice feeling and a good landscape. Room balcony's raised walls do not give a good view.Family room on the back side and hence very quiet. Cannot see the main road; Hotel appear dull in the evening/night. |

The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly. they made you feel welcome. The room was huge and accommodated the family no problem. the restuarant has delicious food. We will return to the Febris on our next trip to Bali |

the location was close enough to everything we wanted - shops, beach - but still lovely and quiet fro laying by the pool. not a dislike just a suggestion that the changing of bed linen be a guest choice. We have stayed at other hotels where the guest can put a supplied note/card on the bed indicating that a change of linen is not necessary on that day. A small saving of power and electricity. Also shows the hotel is environmental conscious. |

Hotel was very clean and staff were very polite. Older people staying on higher floors might have problems climbing the long flight of stairs. The buffet breakfast menu could be changed more often. |

I liked the layout of the hotel and that our room was set back from the road and noise yet still close to dining areas The room was very dim and a bit musty but i think its hard to avoid in this climate |

Febri's was clean,comfortable and the spa facilities were excellent. The staff were always friendly and it was close by to waterbom park, centro shopping mall and not a far walk to the beach and the Kuta shopping area.It is also close to the airport. |

My daughter and I spent a comortable week in clean well appointed accomodation in a safe and friendly atmosphere. we enjoyed a generous (if a tad repititious) breakfast daily. The pool area was relaxed with plenty of pool beds and shade if you wanted with food nd drinks service to the pool. I thought there ouldhavebeen some sort tourist advice on site to answer questions and book tours withoutus having to risk the gauntlet of the street peddlers. |

The staff at Febri's are excellent, always welcoming and friendly. I'd recommend Febri's to anyone. The beach is only a short walk away from the hotel as is Discovery Mall. Taxis are frequent and cheap if you want to travel to Kuta or Legian and most people are very friendly. The only two things I'd mention are the wardrobe/ cupboard space (not enough) and I'd like to see a grassed area instead of all pavers. |

The hotel is very close and easy for shopping and walking to restuarants.The hotel will arrange transport or help with advise on tours etc.The swimming pool is great for families or youing children.There is a good selection of food on the menu and its easy for kids to just order and put on the room bill.Best of all the beer is always cold.. Our room did not get much hot water and was right next to renovations going on but that was just our bad luck I suppose. |
