Guest staying from 6 to 9 nights enjoy a complimentary one-hour foot massage/reflexology, limited to 2 guests per room. With a stay of 10 nights or longer, guests receive a complimentary foot massage and a Balinese massage, limited to 2 guests per room for a total of 2 hours.
Please note that the complimentary massage offer must be taken on the first or second day of your stay. Upon check-in, our receptionist will ask you to make the spa appointment so that we can prioritize booking space for you well ahead. This offer is not transferable or cumulative.
Parental supervision is recommended should parents let their children play at the kids' club. Spa guests can make free use of the outdoor Jacuzzi and aromatherapy steam room.
Open from 07:00 until 23:00, with live music 3 nights a week.
The contemporary superior rooms are designed with light, soft colours and furnishings, reflecting a fresh and tropical ambience. All the main beds are orthopedic in design for correct spinal alignment and so are good for travellers with sensitive backs. Every room also has a long sofa.
With 20 deluxe family rooms, the hotel is perhaps the largest family hotel in Bali. Each room is 55 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children (aged 10 or below).
A surcharge applies if there are more than 2 people, and the extra persons are more than 10 years of age.

Bra personal, ordning och reda. Rent och snyggt överallt. Poolen alltid ren och fräsch. Spa-avdelningen såg också fräsch ut, provade den dock inte. Frukosten sådär. Saknade något mer än bara marmelad till pålägg. Hotellet är beläget mitt på en av huvudgatorna i Kuta, med allt vad det innebär av försäljare och trafik. Minustecken också för att det är lång väg till stranden. |

The room is clean and well ventilated. The private balcony overlooking the pool and garden is an added bonus as it made the place more spacious and a pleasant reading (and snoozing area). When we first arrived there was no water in the bathroom. However, as promised by the reception, it was rectified within half an hour. We appreciated that we were not given the run around on problems with the water. The reception cannot cope when guests check-out and check-in at the same time and in addition it acts as cashier for the restaurant. The check-in was quick but waiting for our turn took sometime as there was only 2 staff manning the counter. The floor area around the pool was extremely hot to the bare footed Perhaps the management could consider greening the floor area. |

It is very central and close to all you need, the staff are very friendly and I would love to stay there again the beds are very hard, and the lack of a lift was annoying at times especially after a long day walking |

The rooms where clean, friendly staff I had accidentally booked an extra room by mistake and even though I did not notify them until 2 nights before they refused to refund me anything (I would have been happy with something) as they would have saved some money with us not using electricity and water. Also the cleaning staff could never remember to leave enough bath towels and we constantly had to keep ringing up for 1-2 more. |

the hotel staff is very polite & friendly the rooms were very spacious the resturant is very open not closed in so made it roomy fresh & cool & heaps of room for children while other people were eating very nice family hotel the pool was gr8 4 young & old the beds were a bit hard |

Location was good.Friendly atmosphere.Indian hotels nearby.Family room was very big and comfortable.Swimming pool was big and well made. A lot of flowers and trees gives nice feeling and a good landscape. Room balcony's raised walls do not give a good view.Family room on the back side and hence very quiet. Cannot see the main road; Hotel appear dull in the evening/night. |

The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly. they made you feel welcome. The room was huge and accommodated the family no problem. the restuarant has delicious food. We will return to the Febris on our next trip to Bali |

the location was close enough to everything we wanted - shops, beach - but still lovely and quiet fro laying by the pool. not a dislike just a suggestion that the changing of bed linen be a guest choice. We have stayed at other hotels where the guest can put a supplied note/card on the bed indicating that a change of linen is not necessary on that day. A small saving of power and electricity. Also shows the hotel is environmental conscious. |

Febri's was clean,comfortable and the spa facilities were excellent. The staff were always friendly and it was close by to waterbom park, centro shopping mall and not a far walk to the beach and the Kuta shopping area.It is also close to the airport. |
