FM7 Resort Hotel Jakarta    

Next to the airport to avoid Jakarta horrible traffic Jam.

The internet connexion is non existent.

Spa services, pool, fitness room and restaurant were all great

it is 10 minutes from the airport, which can be 30 minutes if there's traffic

Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Good sized room. Swimming pool and hot and cold jacuzzis. Near to airport although had to go through very busy small road to get to it.

Air con extremely noisy, kept us up at night. Sounded like a plane taking off every ten minutes! Very busy town, beware taxi driver we booked through the hotel room us a very long route back to airport which was unsettling when we had a plane to catch. Hotel allows smoking in swimming area and restaurant no smoking section too close to non smoking section.

Nice lobby with restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well organized airport pick up. Nice large room with comfortable bed and good English TV channels.

Clean modern rooms. Good food and buffet breakfast. Nice bed.

Got a massage at the spa. This isn't "just" a massage if you know what I mean.

Staff were so friendly & met you at the airport. Free shuttle bus too. Great pool, sauna & steam room before our long journey home. Great place.

Vegetarian food at breakfast was very limited. More than steamed veg would have been nice composers to 6 meat/fish options.

Nice, clean and inexpensive hotel with free pick-up from the airport. Definitely would recommend this hotel for overnight stays in Jakarta. The hotel has a nice restaurant on site, and rooms are clean and spacious.

Il servizio shuttle prenotato è impeccabile. Very good service, and amazing pickup service shuttle The hotel's driver was waiting for 2 hours with us at the lost and found, the airline lost his luggage The Hotel it's in a strategic position. Has a very good spa, swimming pool and sauna! It's not necessary to go in the City, if you plan to stay one day. Jakarta is crowded every day, a lot of traffic!! Rush hour may be 3 hour to go city.

FM7 is close to Jakarta airport.

It is a bit pricey and lobby tends to be noisy even late at night. I was given a room next to the lobby. Regular customers should be given better rooms. I also wish the mattresses and the pillows are softer and more comfortable.

We chose the hotel caz it's near the airport

1. Charge without notice, on the website it indicate that the shuttle bus from airport for free, however when we arrived there, they charged us for 75,000 for an extra person which was not indicated in website at all!!!!! 2.noisy!noisy!noisy! we had a room near a karaok! can not believe it! people keep singing till 2 o'clock!!

No elevators so not elderly friendly Food need lots of improvement eg on Thursday morning breakfast bee hoon was served. It was totally salty ! We took separate beds. In between there should be a table for us to place our stuff. Bathroom door is strange as the handle was on only one side. Bathroom floor should be raised much more so that water doesn't leak out to the rest of bathroom

The location is great 15 Min from the Airport and so so so much better than the antiquated official Airport transit hotel. The room are clean and large though Spartan Great pool gym Spa,

Rooms are Spartan too the point of being utalitarian and bare The breakfast is well below hotels of a similar standard, particularly from a western perspective. Room meals are expensive and mediocre, leaving you feeling slightly ripped off as there is no where else nearby to go. I ordered some Chinese roast duck and mixed vege dish with juice and it came to 280,000 Taxi to and from plus steak at the Sheraton would have been cheaper! Beware of getting rooms too close too the very dodgey karaoke bar at the back of the hotel if you value your sleep. This thinly disguised hangout for prostitutes and business men has crass music pumping and thumping till the wee hours. But if your up the front its easily ignored. Like many Indonesian hotels the fm7 is very poor at enforcing their smoke free rooms, but at least in this case the Spartan finishing and tile Floors means the stench of prior smokers is not too bad A classic middle aged Chinese Javanese businessmans hotel, chalk it up on the business account and what the wife don't know won't hurt her...

Big room, nice bathroom, close to the airport. Breakfast was good.

Airport shuttle didn't pick me up (as requested a week earlier) so I had to take a taxi. Free WiFi only in the lobby, internet on room only via cable and costs 30.000 ruphia.

It was very hectic at the time I was staying in the hotel. It was difficult to grab what I wanted during breakfast. It gave me the impression that the hotel was not well prepared for that amount of guess. Being a civil engineer, I noticed that the finishing of the hotel building was not really neat. Floor levelling in the bathroom was bad. It looks like that they constructed the hotel in a rush. I was just staying there for transit, because it is near the airport. But as the hotel was selling the idea of 'resort hotel' with spa, I checked in the spa facilities, and found that the spa was not comfortable at all. No privacy, and again, the design of the facility is not well-thought.

A Fantastic Experience. Great Location, excellent restaurant, spacious rooms. Very good Wi-Fi connection. The price for the room was excellent. It was my first time in Hanoi and although the city was very unattractive the hotel was great.

Wi-Fi only down stairs so you have to walk to get free Wi-Fi if you want that in your room you pay 150,000 about $16usd a day

the front office is friendly but kinda slow.
