very prompt pickup and shuttle service. quick check-in and friendly management. room allocated was right next to the reception. hearty breakfast served. pool and amenities not used as was there only for a night. very large hotel which could mean a long walk if you have a room at the far end. away from the city so not ideal for visitors to jakarta on business - but very close to the airport |

modern hotel and really clean no lift so if you stay on any other floor than reception you have to lift luggage up the stairs.Poor quality breakfast. |

The room was so clean and huge. The service was excellent and fast. A little bit long to serve the food at the restaurant and too much far from the city. |

Short trip from airport, just 5 min. Clean, friendly. Breakfast from 4am. Strange that they asked for extra 400K Rs as safety deposit on the night - but no issue getting it back in the morning. |

enough space, large bathrooms, good value for money and close to airport in a large city as Jakarta. The "Shuttle" feature is misleading. I spent half of the price of the room on the phone, talking in two different sessions with 7 people that barely speak English to explain (actually they did not, in the end I guessed) to get to the conclusion that a small bus passes by the airport every hour to take eventual guests. |

Not much really Check in abominably slow. Desk clerk did not have enough English to do his job. Did not credit the Booking.com reservation correctly leading me to be changed for 2 nights I had already paid for. Check out was so slow that I did not have time to sort it out at the time and risk missing the bus to the airport. |

Spotlessly clean, well maintained and equiped rooms, friendly, smiling staff, good location for airport, free shuttle to shopping centre, free shuttle for airport, nice swimming pool. They didn't have our reservation and it took ages to persuade to solve the problem, staff is smiling, but not that efficient. We were not picked up from the airport, which was a bit inconvinient as it was middle of the night.Once this sorted, rest of stay was pleasant. Expensive internet, should be free. |

It is near the airport and about half-price of the Sheraton Airport. With a phone call they arrange to meet you. English is spoken by the reception. Shuttle back to the airport only leaves on the hour, but I guess that's standard. |

Close to the airport!! Big, clean rooms with water, coffee and tea for free. Quite luxury.. Big swimmingpool and sauna included. High prices for drinks, and internet only available for MIN. 1hour (so if you just want to check your fligh-information for 5 minutes you have to pay for 1 hour). It's a pitty that the swimming-pool and relax-zone are inside. However, ideal stay for one night when on travel! |

It is really nice hotel, with spacious rooms. They have shuttle bus going to airport, but I came during the night and they did not have any problems picking me up after I have send them an email. Also staff is really helpful. |

this hotel is quite convinient to jakarta airport that I did not have problem with city traffic jam and do not have to wake up so early. Furthermore the room is very well designed and spacious couple with very friendly staff. TQ. |

It's close to Jakarta airport an is excellent if you need to stay overnight in the city - to take the shower and get a few hours of sleep. I think they could've done hourly rates - most people come there for a few hours only and paying for 1 day seems unreasonable. |
