Clean and good room layout. Friendly staffs, especially the staffs in Vienna restaurant.

Poor service from King Massage. The massagers were insensitive and not serious.

You have the room number on your key card which is not safe if your guest drop their key You do not collect deposit for guest nor a pre-auth to protect your credit risk. All you take is one of the passport withour verifying the passport to the guest. We have 3 rooms and you return the passport without ensuring the 3 rooms are all paid. I wonder if all your guests are so honest to pay their bills and how do you do your in house credit check to ensure all guests has the ability to bill at checkout or if they do not see cashier upon check out. Your cafe staff did verify our meal vouchers and that is the right thing to do. You do not register all your in house guests then how do you verify them before allowing them it sign the bills to their rooms. I work in a hotel in Singapore hence all the above details to me are very important

The executive suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food quality was decent. Being a Chinese, like the tea story at hotel lobby. Staff was helpful when we encountered problems with wi-fi.

The smell upon step into the hotel, it was mouldy. This has caused a bad 1st impression. Luckily, the suite was fine.

ံHotels staffs are friendly. Location is good to have local foods and can go shopping to Nagoya shopping mall within 5min. Bak kut teh 66- near hotel is very nice and tasty, about 5.50 s$ for one set. Room is spacious and clean. Price & breakfast is okay. I requested for 1 hr late check out,receptionist is friendly and accepted. Overall nice and acceptable. I might come back again.

Old fashioned hotel. If you like new fresh style hotel, this is not the one. Shower head ,bath tub and toilet is choked . Hotel got a bit of fishy smell ,room as well :(. Wifi signal is lousy, once you don't use mobile, wifi goes off and you need to re log in with password etc. Every computer/mobile need individual password .

The musty smell. The rooms are very badly maintained. Room was filthy! So dirty!

I liked the central location with shopping at walking distance, the friendly reception and concierge staff as well as the spacious rooms. The family room was great for a 3-pax friends or family getaway. Free wifi too. Book the hotel transport for your shopping trips so that you are guaranteed of a safe ride back.. not expensive at all. We booked the hotel transport to the ferry terminal too.

There seemed to be a little lingering sewage smell near the lifts at certain times of the day but it didn't really bother us as we were seldom in the rooms.

It's just a few minutes walk to Nagoya Hills shopping centre; with lots of shops, hypermart and eating places. Hotel room is spacious and breakfast provided comes with live stations and quite a good variety.

Cheap, and value for money. Near to mall.

The Wifi password gets outdated fast. I got to call the reception 4 times in 1 day to get a password change.

The staff is well oriented,friendly and always on the ball. Able to assist in booking the ferry ticket and keeping our passport as a deposit.

Regular patronizer of formosa.. Had always trusted this hotel. Great and lovely staff.

Should look into the toilet bowl flush... Its not tat strong. And should look into the bathtub. A bit run down. Towels are a not up to standard also.. It looked very old

The room was nice and big. Many channels for TV and just 3 mins walk to nagoya hill shopping. Definitely will stay there again next time I go.

Booked the room thru booking.com and when paying for my room at the hotel, the price was different. The currency exchange rate at the hotel was much higher than those I visited! One more thing...water flow in the bathroom. ..slow! I just don't like the taxi driver at the hotel...always thinking of ways to make you pay more!
