friendly staff. prompt shuttle service to and from ubud town which was a major advantage. great spa services. we were at the lagoon villas which is a short buggy ride from the reception on the other side of a rice field. the hotel is far away from ubud town and also nothing much to do apart from unwind. need to catch up on maintenance as the villas look tired and doors squeeked etc. pool also needs to be serviced. lots of bugs around (you are in the forest) so be warned. |

Mostly the staff that is very nice. It is really one of the best places to spend relaxing or very romantic holiday. Only the problem of transport, it is not really close to Ubud. |

Had a lovely time staying at furama. Very peaceful, great if you want to just relax and chill out. Loved the spa even though there is probably cheaper in Ubud. Bus shuttle service very prompt and efficeint. The staff were very friendly and great with our kids. It was lovely having our own private swimming pool, however the water was to cold to swim inn! |

The Pool Villa was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed to have a private pool. The whole complex is embedded into ricefields and flower plantations. The reception did not work to the optimum and was timeconsuming. Only one guest at the time could be handled. |

Villa was excellent, private pool and facilities well maintained. Good Spa on site. Hotel prices were fair but the exchange rate were not reflective of other hotels, even worse than the airport! This included items paid for by credit card not just changing money- basically an extra 10% was added to the bill. |

convenient shuttle bus every day, clean swimming pool, nice service a little bit far from ubud center, about 30 minutes by car. |

#1 Friendliness of the staff, Good amenities, and surroundings, a very quiet environment to relax in. The restaurant menu was more westernised, would have liked to have seen more local dishes, as was seen in the room service menu. |

房间附带的泳池太棒了,浴缸也超级大,同时没有什么蚊虫,不知道是否用了不环保的杀虫剂,同时还能免费上网,在巴厘岛不多见. 交通有点不方便,SPA不能随叫随到 |

Le calme, la gentillesse du personnel et son dévouement, les rizières à portée de main La mousse dans la salle de bain, autour de la douche (liée aux projections d'eau sur les murs) qui n'est pas nettoyée, la piscine privée qui est très froide et beaucoup plus petite que ne donnent à penser les photos et le mobilier des villas qui est un peu vieillissant. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hoeflich und hilfsbereit, die gratis Shuttles nach Ubud City sind auch genial, hat tadellos geklappt. Der Spa Bereich ist wunderschoen und die Hot Stones Massage nur zu empfehlen. |

Très beau site,très belle villa très agréable, idéale pour les amoureux qui profiteront toute la journée de la piscine et du grand lit super king size :-) et qui sortiront en ville le soir venu éLoigné de Ubud 20minutes de voiture et navettes de retour pas fiables Nous avons attendu la navette 1h pour finalement rentrer en taxi. Mieux vaut etre autonome Restaurant pas top: trop cher pour la qualité du service et dans une moindre mesure de la cuisine. |

L'hôtel est au milieu de la campagne et il n'y a pas de bruit extérieur génant. Le personnel est très souriant et très attentif à vos demandes. Notre villa était située près du batiment principal et la ventillation des cuisines était bruillante et génante la nuit. |
