Spa and food was expensive for Bali

The front end staff, especially my guide, Gusti, who ensured I saw everything I wanted to see, arranged for yoga and massage off site that co-ordinate s better with my schedule and budget. Also, he had good knowledge of the Ubud area.

Cost of on- site of massage and yoga and having to book one day in advance. Therefore, I used off site services.

Everything is magical , serve breakfast in the villa which is good when traveling with small children .. Villa is very well designed , the ambience is traditional but has all modern facility... Staff is excellent. Breakfast is fantastic and the restaurant food is also good ..everything very romantic and magical ..there is trees and flowers everywhere:)) very good for people looking for privacy

1) the location is far from ubud, around 25 mns by car, hotel provide shutte but I have never used it .but this oneway is positive as there is no noise..in ubud car hire is cheap thus I don't think this is a major problem 2) the pool was not very clean But I would still go back to this magical hotel , simply loved it

We were absolutely shocked with the rooms we received especially for what we paid! It's like an entire home, with back yard and swimming pool of your own. Not to mention your own huts with massage beds ready to go for private in room (or should I say in your own private yard) massage! It was by far the most high end market treatment we received while spending 17days in Bali! This was our 'splerge' night, and altho we paid a lot less than we planed we got just what we had hoped for and much more! :-)

The only thing I could comment on would be that we had planed to stay, (while in ubud) over looking the gullys, mountains, rice fields and rivers ect. When booking I knew the room wasn't going to have this view (which is ok anyway because instead you recieve a totaly enclosed private house & yard) but I did think other parts of the resort would have views. Also meals and spa treatments weren't the usual Bali prices, they were more closer to Australian priced. But the cheaper priced room made up for this.

Donald and I had a wonderful stay at your villa,the rooms were amazing,we had our own swimming pool,I felt like a VIP (very important person)I celebrated my birthday with the staff,they made me a birthday cake,I will never forget our stay at Furama Villa and Spa we cannot wait to go back for another holiday,tell next time we meet.

Villa's feel outdated although only 5 years old, private pool is awkwardly built and hardly usable and the architect who built the public pool never has a swim in his life as it is unpractical for elderly people to get in and out. "open" concept of bathrooms make them dump and dark and dirty.

The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make our stay special.

We very much enjoyed our stay with ur hotel. The villa was beautiful and the service was outstanding.

La béaute du site, bien qu un peu éloigné du centre dUbud. Le personnel au petit soin et vraiment sympatique. Les villas très belles et chaleureuses. Nous y avons passés un merveilleux moment.

Un peu éloigné du centre, environ 15 minutes en voiture.

مهما تكلمت لن اوفي هذا الفندق حقه ، هدوء واسترخاء ، طبيعة ساحرة ، طاقم أكثر من رائع ، مطعم جميل

1-"الحلو مايكمل" كما يقال ،هذا ينطبق على خدمة الواي فاي الغير مفعلة ابدا الا في مطعم الفندق وليس في كل الوقت ، 2- السعر المعروض ليس حقيقي بسبب ان الدفع لايكون مباشرة من بطاقة الائتمان بل في الفندق ويكون بالروبية ولكن سعر الصرف غير عادل فستدفع مايقارب 10 دولار يوميا اكثر !

De ligging tussen de rijstvelden en op fietsafstand van Ubud. Het vriendelijke personeel Prima eten en roomservice. prive zwembad en stilte (wel veel vogel geluiden) Romantisch prive diner op de kamer.

Kastruimte (weinig) Bed niet stevig Auto of fiets nodig om naar Ubud te gaan.

exceptional staff, quiet location, well maintained and tastefully furnished villas, nice swimming pool, good breakfast (served in your villa, if you like)

The villas a beautiful and well kept but what made our stay even better was the excellent customer service, very friendly staff who are there for all your needs and try and help as much as they can for your stay and also to plan your events.

It is a bit out of the area and to get anywhere you need to book the shuttle or advance taxi for the day but I think this is the norm on Bali.

Ihanat omat suojaisat pihat joissa oma-uimallas. Täydellinen rauha ja huvilat viihtyisiä ja tilavia. Oltiin häämatkalla ja siihen tarkoitukseen oli kyllä aivan loistava hotelli. Iso kylpyamme, ulkosuihku ja sisäsuihku, iso mukava sänky, ihanat pihat jne..Aamupala oli hyvä, kuin myös hotellin ravintola. Hinnat tosin korkeammat hotellin ravintolassa niin kuin olettaa saattaa. Hotelli tarjosi meille myös kakun kun kuuli että ollaan häämatkalla. Toi sydämmen muotoisen kakun yksi ilta huoneeseen. Henkilökunta oli ihan yliystävällistä väkeä, aina kysyi kuulumisia ja tarvitaanko jotain jne.

Sijainti Ubudin keskustaan oli yllättävän pitkä, mutta ilmainen kuljetus toimi hyvin. Kerran tultiin taksilla kaupungista kun ei jaksettu odottaa kuljetusta. Esimerkiksi Ubudista hotellille lähti 17.30 ja seuraava kuljetus (ja viimeinen) oli 21.00, joten yksi kuljetus tuohon väliin olisi ollut paikallaan.
