location - with heavy traffic at peak hours

Good location. friendly and helpful staff

-The location is really in the heart of the city. - the room is large enough.

- Bath room wasn't clean enough. Its will be better if the wall of the shower use the light colour not a dark brown. - the sound of traffic light for pedestrian who cross the road was really disturbing us.

Clean room.

Wifi is very slow. Always on & off. Can't even send emails. Not good to stay here for business people who always need internet connection.

To be able to speak more english, especially around trying to order room service.

We stayed at this hotel as a stop over on our way to Yogjakarta because it was very close to the train station about 20 minutes walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and check in/out was easy. The room was a large room but slightly dated, in saying that it was very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again should I be in Surabaya.

There was nothing to really dislike.

The double bed is excellent in size.

Front desk staffs are quite difficult to communicate with.

When i was there , they were doing some maintenence in hotel. and it started at 8 am in the morning. i could hear all noise from other side of wall. If i wanted to sleep, i would not have for sure.

A reasonable price 4 star hotel, very clean, staff super friendly and communicate with fluently english, definitely will stay at here again. VERY GOOD LOCATION in the city.

1.Safe deposit box upon request,not built in. 2.Bathroom dustbin is those plastic cheap dustbin, totally unmatch with the hotel. 3.Renovation in progress, they start renovate in the morning, but the noise is low anyway, doesnt bother me at all. 4.breakfast not that tasty, the cooked food not really "fresh",it taste like prepared at 3am.

Mi è piaciuto molto la stanza dove ho alloggiato,pulita ,davvero accogliente e rilassante, lo staff molto serio e disponibile. Tutti gentilissimi lo consiglio anche per chi vuole risparmiare ^^

Habitación amplia y limpia. Desayuno correcto. Cerca de centro comercial Delta (siguiendo la misma acera).Aunque cerca de la estacion de tren debes coger un taxi para llegar, muy complicado andar y cruzar las autopistas que hay unos 7' desde la estacion.Piscina en reformas. Hotel en reformas. Hotel de tránsito (azafatas y pilotos). Staff correcto. Ciudad que no hay mucho que ver. Muchísimo trafico y densa población.

I liked the courtesy of the staff, the confortable bed, the rich breakfast and the position near the center of the city.

The bed sheets were not clean, but after a call the housekeeping adjusted the problem. I found fun/grottesque the reproductions of greek statue dressed with white clothes to cover the body. You cannot choose classic art and censure it, come on...
