Overall this hotel is amazing. I usually go to Nusa Lembongan for beautiful ocean views and clean water, but it's right here, just 90 minutes from Ubud! The town doesn't have much, so would not recommend for a long stay, but it's absolutely wonderful for a peaceful getaway. Pros: -Absolutely STUNNING views and grounds (every room is an ocean view) - Quiet, peaceful, gorgeous pool, lots of sun (even in rainy season) - Wonderful, friendly staff - Very clean rooms, each with a little patio and chairs - Literally steps to the ocean, and the beach is clean

The hotel's entrance is a bit small, but the hotel's parking area is somewhat spacious, allowing cars to enter. The staff are all friendly, the food is delicious, and the facilities are also good, matching the description. Plus, the view directly faces the beach, which I find truly wonderful.

The hotel is a small family run hotel and the owner Aldo, like his staff, is gracious and helpful. The hotel and setting are delightful, peaceful, palm fringed and right on the beach for easy access to swim or snorkel. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you, we felt like family. Gorgeous room with expansive views. An easy walk to the main road where you can find little shops and even a grocery store! We loved our stay at the Hotel Genggong.

The 16 room beach front boutique hotel is a breath of fresh air being right on the beach , really calm with very spacious comfortable rooms . A decent terrace overlooking the gardens and sea was a huge bonus breakfast freshly cooked with choices was a delight and dinner provided home cooking that we both thoroughly enjoyed . Both meals enjoyed from a terrace right by the sea . Staff were a complete delight with every one equally helpful and dedicated . All this is made possible by the charming and knowledgeable management who are on hand to deal with any query . The pool is lovely . Perfectly set by the sea

I loved everything. The staff is simply amazing, the property is beautiful, the pool was wonderful after a day of trekking, the views are amazing, and the restaurant food and table service was outstanding. The customer service at this hotel is top notch! The staff always greeted me by name, and there was always someone around to assist. Personal service at its best! I originally thought, based on the booking ad, that this was a large scale property, but I was pleasantly surprised to find an intimate setting with about 20 rooms, tucked away on the coast of the Bali Sea. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly! There is no question that I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Candidasa. If you’re on the fence, book it. You won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff and management were very good. Our room had a Beautiful view from the ocean. Hotel is ocean front and local people come by. so, we were able to connect with a local person to take us for snorkeling which was great and the man was a very nice person. The rating on Booking is 4 which we thought it is not quiet there for the price.
