A very nice hotel! Breakfast at the pool side is excellent!

The room smelled very bad, damp and had ants, the bathroom is poorly configured, no bench space around the vanity - perhaps designed by a male!!

Bath room n every crystal lamp so beautiful. I really like the pool bar also..

I dont like the breakfast.. It was not appetizing and it doesnt taste that good.. And the hotel doesnt have any adaptor for the guest. I asked the receptionist.. He told me he dont have any extra adaptors.. And he ask me to go across the hotel.. There was a 34 hour mart.. He say they are selling it.. So I risk my self and cross over the busy road.. To my dissapointment they do not sell any adaptors.. I was pissed.. So I have to walk down to the mall and go to the big supermarket and find an adaptor.. I was very upset..

-Fantastic staff -The pool bar guys playing any music requests we like! -Modern Rooms -Big swimming pool -Comfy beds -Great food!!!! -Free wifi (Although bad reception in rooms) -Gym

-The location next to a very busy road. There is a security guard to help you cross but half the time he couldnt be bothered. -The hotel transport services. Ignore them, and wait for a blue bird taxi. So much cheaper!!! Dont forget to ask for the meter. -Something sharp near the water feature in the pool which I sliced my foot open on -Smelly room

The hotel was lovely & has a very nice interior. Nothing to complaint about the room. And full facilities for the guest.

because of the hotel location i think if you want to stay you might need to have a transportation. if you dont have any, might feel vry troublesome to go kuta or anywhere.

We truely enjoyed our time at the resort and would recommend to everyone that is looking for a break, a romantic get away or with your family. We are returning in July with our five children. The service was amazing! Left you to do your thing or helping you in any way. They assisted us with our booking of tours and other services available on the island. The pool and bar is amazing and the gym also. Complimentary breakfast's were to die for! Wifi throughout and excellent connection! Room service was excellent. Great prices in the restaurant offering a range of menu's every day and all meals, western, asian, indian, with all you can eat nights at a great price also! (selected nights and menu's). Less than $2 to blue cab to Legian st for shopping or catch their free shuttle bus to Kuta Beach which leave 3x daily. They also opened an invitation to all guest to attend a traditional ceremony for the new building which we thoroughly enjoyed being a part of. Fire dance on Friday nights with DJ also and dancing lessons for the ladies! Totally enjoyed our stay! Thank you Grand Mega for an awesome holiday!!!

The hotel staff were lovely and friendly, always had a smile on their face ! The good was amazing especially the breakfast yum!! We had a full body massage the girls were lovely. Rooms were cosy but very nice. Free shuttle everyday into kuta at 10, 2 and 4pm. Close to airport.

A few mosquitoes at this hotel but there are lots everywhere in Bali... Got bitten and now I am sick with dengue fever :(

1. Noices /music was loud at the pool bar area at night. 2. Staff was not train how to ask question politely or communicate in good manner, need courtesy communication skill.

Awesome hotel, I had read mixed reviews so was quite scared, but we loved the modern touch to the hotel. We were upgraded to lagoon rooms with beautiful pool views. Rooms were modern, big sized, bathrooms were superb better than the pictures, room service was quick, housekeeping was excellent, breakfast had different variety everyday we loved the soup, pool was great, it was a lively hotel. Location was perfect, as the galleria mall which is the best mall of bali with supermarket and normal to international brands theatre, many restaurants. Also a hospital is just besides the hotel. The guard helps in crossing the road. Concierge is really helpful. Overall the hotel is perfect to start a stay in bali, its modern and relaxing. Spa was very reasonably priced and great, u had to book one two days earlier as it got fully booked quickly.

Bathroom doors might irritate sometimes :( but thats what you'll probably remember in this hotel. I loved the bathroom actually with the tv in shower. Gosh I would love to go again ..... there was nothing bad about this hotel

bad location, always need to take taxi. Go to the supermarket cross the street is suicide, because u need to cross the highway. I didn't feel there good at all. Staff was great, but the hotel was claustrophobic. Area at the pool wasn't relaxing... I am still on Bali, moved to Lovina.

The room & breakfast are good. This hotel has good modern designed.

The bathroom's sliding door can't be closed. The spa was not available yet, however the promo in the website didn't inform about it.

Pool was really nice and the staff went out of their way to make us happy

The room wasn't cleaned properly and the toilet smelt everytime we flushed it
