Location is good 1. Checkin procedure 2. AC in room is not comfortable. 3. Not having AC in lobby is quite uncomfortable. 4. Furnishing of rooms requires improvement.

The breakfast was great The sea was very dirty and full of water sports. On various occasions throughout the day you could smell the sewage (it smelt more like cat waste though) which was not very nice when you were trying to relax on the beach. For the money we paid for it, it was not good value for money, nor is it a 5 star resort! More like a 3 star!

The view from the room was excellent and the breakfast had a good range for a buffet. The pool was nice and not too busy. Private beach was nice and quite, not too many hawkers. Also there are lots of choice of reasonably priced restaurants across the street if you get bored of the resort ones. The bar. The drinks were over-priced and poor quality, eg mojitos were made from a powdered mix in a jar. The cabaret music was horrible and way too loud most nights, we could hear it from our room even with doors/windows shut.

The suite was beautiful The air-conditioning in the whole hotel is water cooled, not refrigerative. Our suite had condensation running down the walls, the bedlinen was damp, our clothes damp etc. We stayed 2 nights instead of 12! Some staff members were very rude.

Very nice resort if u want a quit place to relax with ur family. If u want some action and clubs then its better to go to Kuta, but the beach over there is public and really duty. At the hotel beach is clean, safe, beautiful. Would be great if they had a disco)) everything was great, could be just a bit cleaner. Also, this resort is very good 4.5* I would not give 5*, unless if u going for suit.

I loved that there is everything you need there and you don't have to go elsewhere We were checked into a room with 2 single beds, and when I said we wanted a king bed they just slid the beds together, which didn't match the bed heads or anything - not happy about that.

beach is ok - the waterfront is very busy with water sports though. Change of towels twice a day, which is a must in beach hotel Some rooms are CLEARLY in bad need of renovation - plastic wood-look-alike floor material is NOT nice. In bathroom the wall is "bubbling".

Overall the hotel is good, particularly pool and general facilities, located in a beautiful tropical garden. The staff overall is friendly and looked well after guests. Near to the hotel there are several restaurants and behind them, local hawker stalls. If you want real Indonesian food, go there (very cheap). We asked for an additional bed for our 5 year old daughter, which we got and no additional charge for her whatsoever. The selection and quality of food is limited, not really Indonesian (I lived in Indonesia for 2 1/2 years) nor good international food. I'd see this related to the all inclusive offering the hotel has. The room was rather warm, even with AC set on very cold it didn't cool down and I don't mean 20C. WiFi in the rooms was non existant, even though the hotel claimed there would be. The hotel requested pre-payment with full credit card details and scan of both sides, which I refused.

The facilities were fairly good. There are a number of activities provided by the hotel such as billiard, gaming, water activities, etc. The breakfast is good with variety of spread. The hotel is very old and not very well maintained. On the day of checking in into the hotel, we saw the housekeeper sweeping the guest table with the broom after sweeping the floor. The housekeeping did not do good job especially when comes to cleaning the room. The bed frames are dusty and old. The toilet has moulds at some corners. The tray which they placed the toiletries on the vanity top are dusty and dirty. The bath tub is old and still using rubber stopper and it did not look very clean. We did not allow our son to bathe in the bath tub. We booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms had musty smell. The wardrobe also has that same musty smell. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not ever go back to Grand Mirage again!

It was much more impressive than I expected. The staff are outstanding. The whole place is so warm and very easy to be relaxed. Some parts are really beautiful, like the waterfall in the foyer. Love it. Will tell others, and will return. Thank you.
