“ It makes me feel so comfortable,the room is big. It just what i need for a group of friends to be in e same room,.. Room consist of 3 bedroom,2 bathroom,kitchen and hall.its like u're living in a condominium.other than that,staff is friendly =) ”

Near to shopping mall less than 10mins walk, near to highway which direct you to the airport especially if you are taking an early flight perhaps this hotel/apartment suites you Master bedroom should have given queen bed instead of two single bed. There was no instruction on the phone which number to press for lobby or room service etc.

- Location is close to several shopping malls - Huge Living Room (we stayed in Family Suite) - Some facilities need to be fixed, such as door to balcony is hard to open, air conditioner in couple rooms are not working properly - Staffs are helpful, but very very slow in responding to our requests, for instance, when we asked for water dispenser and kitchen utensils, it almost took half day to fulfill our request.

The location was fine and the pools very good. Room Furnishings were old and the room (2 bedroom suite) in need of updating. Lifts were slow with only three of the four ever in operation. Breakfast choice was limited.

I stayed in a two-room suite and it was reasonably comfortable and clean and spacious. Location was good and close by to up-market shopping centres. Breakfast was acceptable but need improvements in terms of taste and extra dishes.Staff was friendly and helpful. I would come back and stay when I visit Jakarta again as it is value for money. Room furniture and furnishing old and need improvements. Pillow was hard and single bed small and mattress not comfortable.

We needed to spend one night in Jakarta for a connecting flight the next morning. This hotel was very well suited, strategically and financially, and catered for all our needs. It is spacious and clean and had all the necessary facilities. Would definately stay there again. Breakfast was good.

Like the 2 bedroom suite, spacious n generally clean I requested to loan iron n ironing board even just for few hours temporarily everyday of my stay, but never get entertain n never reveived one. Wifi is only restricted at lobby. Should extent to rooms

It was quite close to the airport, several shopping malls, good breakfast. Shabby, with kitchenette but an empty one. Elevators were very slow and strange, you had no idea, which route it will take....
