location and spacious rooms ideal for 3 or more ppl

it was okay.. there might be a lot of hotel with better facility with this rate.

the furniture was a bit old there wasnt much of a choice for the breakfast.

elevator to slow need change or upgrade.

We needed to spend one night in Jakarta for a connecting flight the next morning. This hotel was very well suited, strategically and financially, and catered for all our needs. It is spacious and clean and had all the necessary facilities. Would definately stay there again. Breakfast was good.

The hotel rooms are dirty and the the furniture is old and smelly I wouldn't recommend it to to solo or couples but only for shoppers since its near 3 big malls.

Like the 2 bedroom suite, spacious n generally clean

I requested to loan iron n ironing board even just for few hours temporarily everyday of my stay, but never get entertain n never reveived one. Wifi is only restricted at lobby. Should extent to rooms

It was quite close to the airport, several shopping malls, good breakfast.

Shabby, with kitchenette but an empty one. Elevators were very slow and strange, you had no idea, which route it will take....

Reception Staff were not friendly. Tricky. They were trying to book me in 3 bedroom suite, when i was alone. I had to ask for the manager to be involved. He did not come but made his staff give me single room after some hassle.

the suites concept with the living room so that all our business discussion can be done in the hotel rooms instead having it outside

the coffee house or restaurant is just too small and the value for money on food is just not there. the food is lousy the single bed need to be refurbished or changed as some of them are not firm anymore. the housekeeping service needed improvement.

The hotel's staff are friendly and helpful. The room are clean,spacious enough to accomodate our group of friends with great view of Jakarta.

the location is in the middle of everything so it is very easy to travel.the staff is very friendly and helpful especially the reception Syabani. the bellboy also are very helpful in recommending us place to go. i will be back to grand tropic for sure.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, although the hotel exterior looked promising yet the hotel Was dirty & had "Bed Bugs".

It makes me feel so comfortable,the room is big. It just what i need for a group of friends to be in e same room,.. Room consist of 3 bedroom,2 bathroom,kitchen and hall.its like u're living in a condominium.other than that,staff is friendly =)

Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good swimming pool.

Breakfast choice was poor for Western clients. 2 bedroom deluxe suite was very tired and dirty. Cupboards, bathrooms and kitchen were all very dirty and really the whole accommodation needs to be upgraded and painted.
