Near 2 malls , The Manager Rio was so polite with us

when we arrived w've been waited for 20 min to check in they were too slow and we are so tired , first we entred our apartements it was like 2 star hotel it was so dirty unclean poor and old Furniture so i called the manager and told him that we cant stay here its not a 4 star hotel its so cheap so he changed our apartment to a better one but still has an old bathrooms and in this apartement we saw Cockroaches so we called the housing keeping and after 2 days they killed him , so its unclean hotel , poor poor breakfast , you have to wait for 1- to 15 minute for the lift its slow and always full , most off the staff they dont speak english and that was a big problem , the towels are so dirty and black ! , also the hotel lundry was so bad

Big kamer. Very nice swimming pool with waterfall en sandybeach pool.

It is not really clean, littlebit old. It seems a lot of stundents who stay there.

the staff service pretty good, they are all polite and efficient. The swimming pools are great for family with kids.

Breakfast buffet - the food pretty average and too crowded.We can't be bothered turning up for the buffet for the last few days of our staying.

The staffs were okey especially there is a staff name Uchie who is a very helpful girl. I think d services need to be ugraded especially train them to speak simple English. Some even couldnt speak English and yet put them in the front counter.

the restaurant especially d chair outside d restaurant near the pool one are dirty. and left animals fur there.

Virtually nothing.

We opted for a hotel for 1 night as we were arriving at 9.30pm and flying next day at 6am. The Grand Tropic looked comfortable and relatively close to the airport as opposed to other hotels. In actual fact is was 40 minutes away (which is not the hotel's fault). The room we had was a 1 bed apartment, very small, the bed was quite uncomfortable and the general state of repair was poor for the price of the room. Overall we did not enjoy the small amount of time that we stayed there.

I moved to another hotel after 2 nights for 3 usd more and it was like night and dayin every way

Dichtbij het centrum, 2 grote winkelcentra naast het hotel waarvan 1 nieuwe. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding erg goed. Ontbijt erg uitgebreid.

Personeel zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, Ruime kamers (zowel business als executive), Directe interventie indien nodig, Leuk zwembad.

Beim Frühstück nur eine Käsesorte, nur eine Marmeladensorte (Orange), nur Toastbrot; Beim Check-In nach 24h Anreise war der gebuchte Zimmertyp (Business Suite) nicht frei, ich musste 1 h warten; Das Schafzimmer lag zur Straße und es war Tag und Nacht sehr laut
