everything looks perfect & felt perfect while im stayin in! quality & quanity molded to one. indonesian are big smokers & the smells around hotel lingers of local cigarette |

Maintenance of the room was impeccable and suitably arranged. I was upset that WI-FI was not provided for free for a hotel that claims to be 4 or 5 star, and even with a fee, it did not work at all. I chose the hotel specifically for its business facilities and comfort, and it was a let-down. |

Rooms are big nice and well equiped. The staff is very helpfull. Ther breakfast was one big mess. All tables where still full with dirty dishes and It took 15 minutes bvefore there where rolls and bread and when that arrived there was no cheese or ham etc. Took me again 15 minutes to get a fresh backed egg. Breakfast room was compleat understaffed the waiters where doing what they could but there where not enough of them. Discusting for an hotel of that standard. Was my last visit there. |

Design of the hotel is good.securty and safty is excellent. for breckfast the bofet is not good.i found flying on the food.I told the workers about that. |

Best place to stay in jakarta in the business district. Spacious rooms, friendly and helpfull staff. Nice pool area. |
