We arrived at Midnight and left the next day to fly to Lombok. The night staff processed our booking quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breaky was great. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We would be happy to stay again.

Staff are amazing - friendly and smiley (special thanks to Ms Yuli and Ms Desi), nice breakfast (except for the sausages - too salty!), clean and spacious room with lovely pool/landscaping view (room 26), location is good - near to shops, mini-mart and beach, in-house spa. Bed is squeaky - please change it! Room is not insulated from noise from outside. No toiletries provided. No towel art for subsequent nights after check-in.

Nice location, easy walking to Discovery mall. Food at the restourant was good and price is ok. Staff very friendly and supportive. We stayed at room 28 - no view at all from the terrase, couse blocked by a wall. The lightening can be more, as its dark.

This was our second stay here. Friendly helpful staff, great location - easy walk to Discovery Mall, Waterbomb Park, Kuta. Facilities for money changing, tour booking, good restaurants, all only minutes away. Great breakfasts. No power points in the bathroom, shower head a hand held, no soaps, shampoos, shower caps etc included, but still wouldn't put us off staying there again.

the very friendly staff makes for a great stay. even the phone call one morning to remind me that breakfast was closing soon so I didnt miss out !! as I had slept in. nice place would stay again !!

Overall the hotel is good enough consider the price and location. I stayed with different hotels on the last 5 years at Bali, found out they all have the common problem, which is the water a bit smelly in the bathroom. If you ask me to stay at this hotel again, I would say "yes".

Love this hotel!! This was our 3rd stay at the Green Garden in 3 years and it keeps getting better. The staff are wonderful and will do anything thing they can to insure your stay is a great one. Value for money and great rooms and pool. Awesome location. Will certainly be back!!

Facilities are good, room is clean, newly paited, bathroom is comfortable, the tv lcd flatscreen and have so many channel, which I seldom see in bali. All the staff very friendly. Restaurant is nice, breakfast is better than other hotel in similiar price range. Location is good, very near to go Discovery shopping mall and kuta beach, alot of shoping around make it easy to find somethings. Beside the hotel also have confenience shop. But this hotel not have wifi, so I must go and find place to get wifi. For specially at bathroom area. For tiles floor myb use the rude tiles. Bcoz very dangerouse when this floor wet. Can make split.

Our stay at the Green Garden Hotel was excellent . The staff are exceptional and always looking to help you. Pool are was small but good and restaurant was always full of people. Evening meals the restaurant was busy which gave the hotel a great atmosphere at night. The lady who is in charge of the hotel does an exceptional job with here team and seems to be there 24/7 . All in all a great place to stay for a couple and close to all the areas you want to shop in Tuban and South Kuta.

- The hotel is very close to the airport but still in Kuta's center - Good breakfast - I was really disappointed in the swimming pool which is a lot smaller than it looks on the pictures ! - I think the price is expensive : I think you can find better for the same price

Free transfer to airport. Hotel is near to Kartika Plaza and surrounded by mini marts. Room door not automatically lock when close, bed is creaking, traffic noise from busy main road just infront of hotel.
