Staff was friendly, location was pretty good (beach and shops near), hotel was clean and enjoyable. Hotel is next to main street so there was always some noise from there.

Friendly and kind-hearted staff; interesting restaurant and bar zone; clean waterpool; clean room with big mirrors, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle. View from the balcony was wall, noisy construction activities in the morning, old bathroom. Lizards on the walls, but they are not dangerous.

Overall the hotel is good enough consider the price and location. I stayed with different hotels on the last 5 years at Bali, found out they all have the common problem, which is the water a bit smelly in the bathroom. If you ask me to stay at this hotel again, I would say "yes".

Love this hotel!! This was our 3rd stay at the Green Garden in 3 years and it keeps getting better. The staff are wonderful and will do anything thing they can to insure your stay is a great one. Value for money and great rooms and pool. Awesome location. Will certainly be back!!

Nice pool and spa, hairdryer available and a water bottle per day. Buffet breakfast (otherwise, typical breakfast in other hotels in Bali is soooo small), so eat as much as you want-fruit and squeezed orange juice available.

Facilities are good, room is clean, newly paited, bathroom is comfortable, the tv lcd flatscreen and have so many channel, which I seldom see in bali. All the staff very friendly. Restaurant is nice, breakfast is better than other hotel in similiar price range. Location is good, very near to go Discovery shopping mall and kuta beach, alot of shoping around make it easy to find somethings. Beside the hotel also have confenience shop. But this hotel not have wifi, so I must go and find place to get wifi. For specially at bathroom area. For tiles floor myb use the rude tiles. Bcoz very dangerouse when this floor wet. Can make split.

Our stay at the Green Garden Hotel was excellent . The staff are exceptional and always looking to help you. Pool are was small but good and restaurant was always full of people. Evening meals the restaurant was busy which gave the hotel a great atmosphere at night. The lady who is in charge of the hotel does an exceptional job with here team and seems to be there 24/7 . All in all a great place to stay for a couple and close to all the areas you want to shop in Tuban and South Kuta.

- The hotel is very close to the airport but still in Kuta's center - Good breakfast - I was really disappointed in the swimming pool which is a lot smaller than it looks on the pictures ! - I think the price is expensive : I think you can find better for the same price

Free transfer to airport. Hotel is near to Kartika Plaza and surrounded by mini marts. Room door not automatically lock when close, bed is creaking, traffic noise from busy main road just infront of hotel.

The room is spacious and tidy. The hotel is near Discovery mall shopping centre and Kuta beach. The breakfast not much variety. Didn't label down that the ham is actually beef. The toilet have got a bad smell.
