Green Garden Beach Resort & Spa  

This is a perfect resort if you are looking to stay near all the shops and the city life, hovever it is not on the main street so it is quiet. you are near the beach there fore it it cooler. it is always cleen and the staff are very friendly :) i would definantly stay there again.

the floor gets realy slippery when wet. both the hall, the stairs and the room.

Staff friendliness, they were very helpful and loved to laugh and have fun with the visitors. The massage and spa treatments were excellent. Pool, sauna and spa were great. Food was very very good and well worth the $$$. The location was great, close to beach but away from the 'crowd', and not stuck in the traffic.

Unfortunately there were renovations that were very noisy and we were woken on one occasion. Also was not great when having a massage. We do understand that you must update but the interruption to the visitors is very high. I would suggest better communication regarding noisy work and offer customers time away from the hotel, touring while work is occurring or letting them know a day or two in advance rather than on the day the work is happening.

No lift with up to 4 flights of stairs. Place is tired and could do with a re-vamp. Location noisy and a bit far away.

Nice pool and very close to the airport.

We stayed on the fourth floor, but there is no lift. For a lot of bags, it's a little difficult. There was a lot of construction on the road when getting spa treatments, so it wasn't very easy to relax.

Beautiful gardens, lovely pool. Excellent range of tv channels. Spacious room, big bath, comfortable bed. Very prompt room service.

Staff, location, size of venue (only 15 rooms) , fact that no one under 17 is allowed to stay.

When you choose a hotel on internet, it’s a kind of a lottery, because you can never really know, how the hotel is going to be like. But we really won in this lottery by choosing Green Garden. It was so friendly, peaceful and small hotel with the most amazing staff, not any dime of dozen. The location was perfect; not in the rush of other tourists, but if you want you can walk to Kuta along the beach. We don’t have any negative things to say about Green Garden… just warm memories. The owner even helped us to check in on our flight by his own computer and printed our tickets. And the staff kindly provided us with important and interesting information about Bali! The personnel is very friendly specially, the place is clean and the room comfortable enough

You have to walk a bit, at least 20 minutes, to get to the main Kuta Beach. The hotel swimming pool is just by the road which gives it no privacy if you want to swim or sun bath. The room are ok, but don't expect any luxury or charm

Although we had not made it clear we wanted a room with minimal steps and then found that we were assigned to the top floor with no lift, the manager swapped our room to one on the ground, despite being fully booked.

Price & Facilities

The Spa onsite is fairly good and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly, spoke english well and remember guests by name.

I did not like the location, nor the shower head in bathroom.
