Excellent location - central Kuta is 10 minutes by bike/taxi, the way back takes a bit more due to one-way roads; airport is in 10 minutes. Quiet, as opposed to Kuta. Lots of cheap spa salons nearby. 3 minutes to a beach - maybe not as clean as in Kuta, but with no people and especially street vendors. Very friendly staff. Good restaraunt, not as cheap as you can find in the city, but still 100% worth its price. Free WiFi. Internet connection was not 100% stable. There were some maintenance activities in the hotel - not that it bothered too much, but if we had spent all our time in the hotel, they would definetely have bothered (they started drilling @ 10-11 in the morning and finished @ 3-4 - so if you do not sit the whole day in the room, you will hardly feel any invonvenience). Breakfast selection could be wider.

Should arrange the room together. I did book 2 room, but the staff give me 1 room in ground room while another room is in second floor. It is funny.

We pretty much liked everything about the Green Garden Beach Resort & Spa, while it is at the southern end of Kuta, it isn't a long walk to the art market, etc. Everyone at GG's was happy and friendly. Spa facilities were good, and well patronized. Top floor rooms have great views out to the ocean, and beautiful sunsets. The room fridge is a decent size, GG's supply water daily,you supply anything else, great idea. Rooms are a good size and well furnished, bathrooms perhaps getting a bit tired. All meals we had in the restaurant were very nice. Ask for a low level room if you aren't into climbing 3 flights of stairs as there is no lift. Order of food from the restaurant is not the best, a minor detail. Wifi access was a bit sparodic.

Good location,lovely setting,friendly staff, good value and no children under 18 years The twin beds although they looked comfortable and had good support, however both of us woke up with sore backs.

Food average, facilities need refurbishment, close to all facilities and room was comfortable and most staff pleasant and helpfull. We found once we were there that we could have stayed at far better resort for same money.

The hotel had a warm and friendly atmosphere. It felt homely and relaxed. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves and could not fault anything about the hotel. The massages were very good and very relaxing..

Lovely quiet friendly place to stay. Beautiful gardens. Great if you want to be out of the main drag in Kuta. Just be aware there is no lift and so you have to walk the 2 or 3 flights up if you want a room with a view.

This is a perfect resort if you are looking to stay near all the shops and the city life, hovever it is not on the main street so it is quiet. you are near the beach there fore it it cooler. it is always cleen and the staff are very friendly :) i would definantly stay there again. the floor gets realy slippery when wet. both the hall, the stairs and the room.

Very very clean. The staff tidy up the room very carefully!!! And its really close to the beach,only 3mins walk. It affords great service.we had to leave to the airport at 4:40a.m,and they prepared the breakfast for us to take-away. Very considerate! The kuta beach is not very nice...

When you choose a hotel on internet, it’s a kind of a lottery, because you can never really know, how the hotel is going to be like. But we really won in this lottery by choosing Green Garden. It was so friendly, peaceful and small hotel with the most amazing staff, not any dime of dozen. The location was perfect; not in the rush of other tourists, but if you want you can walk to Kuta along the beach. We don’t have any negative things to say about Green Garden… just warm memories. The owner even helped us to check in on our flight by his own computer and printed our tickets. And the staff kindly provided us with important and interesting information about Bali! We stayed for two weeks and loved it.Its a small hotel with no children allowed so its quiet and we used the lovely pool every day and had it to ourselves.The hotel has an open restaurant with good,value for money food - the service was great and the staff made us feel like one of the family - every request was eagarly dealt with - Andy the hotel manager 'checked in' with us every day, making sure we were comfortable.Aunty Mae the restaurant manager could not have been more accommodating.The massage facilaties are far superior to most and reasonably priced ie value for money - and that is really what this hotel is! Its location in South Kuta/Tuban has its advantages as well in that it is at the quieter end of town yet only a short walk to the action.
