People are nice. Hotel clean.

Location, the beach is...(you don't want to see it by your eyes, seriously! )

Good location for an overnight stay after arrival or before departure from Denpasar Airport. The airport is only a 15 minute drive from the hotel.

Bathrooms need a make over. The sign in the bathroom "when the water is dirty or smells bad, keep it running for a while" seemed a bit funny (scary).

I like the friendly staff;The fact that it's under 18year free;The pool is lovely and never busy; It's out of Kuta but close too; Close to beach access to walk to Discovery Shopping Mall rather that walking on main road;Large bedroom with large comfortable bed and large corner bath as well as shower;Good spa and massage facilities.

Nothing at all, this was my third stay and will not be the last.

the location is silent but not fare to the city. The rooms are very big. The room service is very cute he build some animals with the towels.

the breakfast isn't a buffet and they are very restrictid with you orders. The price is for that service and comfort to high. They have old bathtubs not a shower. The pool is over clored. You have to pay the todally hotel rate when you arrived. You will find better Hotels for less prices.

Location was great. Food was great. Pool was great. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The food was very good, but more expensive than outside. The pool is very beatiful and open to 23.00pm.

The beach near the hotel is dirty.

The BFAST, SPA, POOL, JACCUZI, STEAM all were in house and included in the room tariff. BEST VALUE FOR MONEY, and excellent quality maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene, cheerful staff.

All were good, EXCEPT THAT THEY HAD A PATHETIC WI FI CONNECTION which never worked in the room, so we had to goto reception all the time to access emails, make other booking etc.

Had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool with my amazing friend.. The massage by Eka was lovely but more was needed..

Been woken up at 8.30am by someone continuing to knock on the door.. :(

The staff were very polite and helpful, the garden setting was very relaxing and the beer was cold and delivered on time with a smile.

The lack of a lift to the 4th floor, otherwise I have nothing but praise for this hotel.

I have stayed at Green Garden many times and love it. The staff are fantastic, very friendly-especially Rahayu at Reception. The rooms are big, luxurious and spotless. The pool is beautiful and the restaurant serves superb food. The hotel is small, quiet and close to the beach. Highly recommended!

The staff are really friendly especially Rahayu at reception. The rooms are large and very clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The pool is huge and because the hotel is small, is never over-crowded. Best of all there are no kids yelling or splashing! The spa treatments are excellent and well priced for what you get. The girls are all very professional and do a wonderful job especially the massages. I have stayed here 6 or 7 times and highly recommended it.

That I only stayed a week!

we liked our delux room with a great view of the garden. There you can choose of three kinds of breakfast sets. . It's 2 min to the beach and 15-20min to the airport. Also there is a great spa and jakuzi and steam room, and every morning they did those beautiful towel toys for us. The hotel is small and cosy

You'd expect the water in jakuzi to be warm, but it wasn't

Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is adult-orientated and does not seem to welcome children. Not family friendly, then, but very good for mature singles and couples who like to sit beside the pool without noisy children.

Beautiful hotel and good staff. Room was very spacious and well worth the cost. Pool was quite big and the beach was only a few meters away.

We chose the hotel because it didn't allow children, but still while relaxing by the pool the hotel had a large group of noisy children eating there and running around the pool.

I stayed for 30 days, and it was a great home away from home. The personality of a b&b, large suite (room 44 on 4th floor corner with private lanai; ocean view and great sunsets) and large bath with soak tub. Rm has apt refrig, coffee maker, flat screen, great ac, lockbox, immaculate housekeeping with daily flower petals on the bed, good linens, room service nearly any hour of the day, closet space, quiet and private. Open air restaurant with no "Bali Belly" (unlike big name eateries and american owned hotels), people treat you like family, free bikes, internet, great Bali or Lomi-Lomi massage at half the price of other places. Drivers and taxis right on the street. Cul de sac ocean street gives you access to shopping, and beach walk path. Across street from upscale hotel that provides beachfront stylish dining, cocktails and live music nightly (good pizza too) and a coffee and pastry bar inside. Front desk will arrange any tours for no commission, provide bikes, and complimentary airport shuttle service. English is no problem.

Beware of Made. He is a restaurant waiter who befriends hotel guests, then represents himself as owning a private tour company. I fell victim to this little con-man, thinking that his higher-than-market prices, and position at the hotel, would ensure superior tour services. Turns out that he keeps your money for himself, and arranges with a local (to whom he rents his car for the day) to provide bargain basement services to you. He then takes no owner-responsibility for the outcome. While this is an illegal practice as a hotel employee, he is clever to befriend hotel employees who are afraid to report him to the hotel owner. In the us, we call this a con-man.

The hotel is super quiet and tidy. The beach close by is very quiet and full of restaurants along the beach. The shopping and restaurants area is 15 mins walking distance.

Bathtub cork was missing. Wifi is weak in the rooms. No room service after 10:00 P.M. Bar/Restaurant closes at 10:30 P.M. Breakfast was basic.

It was away from the main street of kuta, no children. Great swimming pool, nice staff

Air conditioning was not effective, noise of the dogs barking some nights made it hard to sleep.
