Location, close to Kuta Square. (in Kuta, not Legian). Free WiFi, airport shuttle, (For 50,000Irp/$A5). Stove, fridge, flat screen TV. Excellent value for money, we stayed one night because Qantas changed our Frequent flyer booking after we had booked our villa with the family in Seminyak, to depart one day later, so we needed another nights accomodation, and this place fitted the bill.

State of the street - Very narrow pavement, broken surface, and builder's debris from building site strewn over the footpath. Also had to walk on the street sometimes, where the rubble blocked the path, and nearly got run down by the motorcycle traffic.

Stayed there 10 days. It is not 5 star price so don't expect. Do expect Above value for money. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Close to beach, cheap to expensive eating, shopping & night life. We would stay again.

the place is close to kartika st. and kuta st. it's just 3 minutes walking to kuta square. the room is clean, and the staff is very friendly

the parking lot is just for 3 cars, it'll be hard to find a space to park your car if it's full

Simple, small rooms (still can walk around with extra bed) but excelent location, clean, helpfull staf, free WiFi, parking, good AC. Excelent value, especially if you are out during the day.

Clean room, helpful personnel, alltough their english is not allways sufficient, they do make an effort to help. For the price paid the room was very big and tidy. We had a pleasant stay.

In the morning the personell and or clearing staff are very loud with conversations and slamming doors shut. But it didn't bother me too much.

They would clean your room at anytime - on demand - a rare luxury. Downside, if you forgot to request clean and returned late you had to make your own bed!! It is that difficult to find anything to complain about! One point on location, the hotel/guest house is in a very convenient position for shops, restaurants, wareng food stalls and the beach. Consequently, although my room was exceptionally quiet, onleaving the hotel you amongst the chaotic traffic and noisy hubbub. The best of both worlds. I am a professional traveller and can rarely remember being as impressed with such a low cost hotel which normally means low budget standards. I have no connection with this hotel and they do not pay me commission!

The location is good. Fares are really attractive for small budgets.

No breakfast. Cleanliness is quite poor. Be careful with the exchange rate the hotel is using for payement in roupiahs. well over the forex one.

the location just right in the heart of kuta area, budget friendly and the rooms are clean unless on the first floor quite noisy and no lcd tv.

car park will b a trouble here, becoz they have no extra space for your car. as i extended my stay for a week and i start stay on the 3rd floor room 302 is the best room, then 2nd floor 206 if not wrong and it just nothing special, until the last day in room 108 or something and the main road just next to the wall of your room so you can really feel and counts how many vehicles are passing by. hahaha... what a joke, but other than that i got NO COMPLAIN. cheers....

Room was a bit small, some noise from the street at night, a little smelly, price not as on web site, had to pay in local money and got a bad conversion rate

i stay just for 1 night. so overall what i can say is fair with the price. the bedsheet is terrible. the refrigerator horrible too. its too old and not proper with the room. the alocation of the refrigerator makes room become small than its.

Posisi hotel sangat dekat dengan pantai dan tempat perbelanjaan. Staff sangat ramah dan quick respon terkait kerusakan ( AC sempat bocor )

Kamar mandi kurang bersih. Disaluran pembuangan terdapat cacing.

lokasi yang sangat strategis, di kuta, sangat dekat dengan pantai kuta, cukup jalan kaki saja. selain dekat pantai kuta otomatis jg dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan shg gak repot buat cari oleh oleh. harga yang sangat terjangkau diimbangi dengan fasilitas yang baik seperti menyediakan drop off ketempat wisata tertentu atau pusat oleh-oleh, GRATIS.

karena lokasi dekat dengan kuta maka jalanannya sering macet.
