-Staff: like in all hotels. But have problems with communication between each other. For example, when I arrived - wasn't electricity in all hotel, after fixed they asked me couple of time make copy of my passport. Then twice - fill form for arrival guests (different people). Also, I have couple small and simple requests which sent them when did booking and staff have done all opposite (they was naturally surprised and asked me "did you request it? we don't know".
-Room: troubles with aircon in the evening/night; 2 bottles of water free and 2 not but not info about it; no free sockers - if charging phone - no TV or nightlight; door between room and toilet - just glass; noisy enough in room - sounds from outside, espesially if someone swimming in pool - you can hear conversation, also you can hear neighbouring room; hot water not bad, but really limited, no window in bathroom;
- Wi-Fi: staff gave me two options - go from room outside and try to catch it or next day bring internet flash. During 3 days no flash, internet I caught just once at 3 am.
-Rooms not bad inside - have enough towels and water (part of water wasn't free, no information in room about it, only in check out you'll be inform that 2 bottles dayly free and for 2 should pay);
-If you like to wake up every night wet at 3 a.m. because not strong fuze and aircon doesn't work, but need good internet in deep night (because day time it doesn't work at all - hotel doesn't provide internet, only if you lucky to stay near entrance - you can catch it from reception);
-If you like to see free coffee and tea in the room, but cannot hit water, because no kettle in room and you get kettle only next day on reception and cannot find socket for it (I used socket for nightlight) and understand that kettle is broken and in 3 days staying you cannot drink coffee or tea even for once;
-if you like to go to reception twice with some question and get answer "we will do/bring/fix, but later"
