Very friendly staff, great pool area and family friendly. loved the cabanas and the swim up bar. my son enjoyed the poolside competitions run by the staff. Noisy when in room. Could hear other guests coming in through the night. The band was loud but acceptable through evening/night. |

The pool, Center Stage the paraphernalia that adorned the walls. The noise from the generators outside block 6, then the roosters outside block 4. Also no clock in the room or drawers to be able to unpack clothing, poor lighting and the rooms had a damp smell. The chair in our first room was a cheap plastic one that looked mouldy, a furniture upgrade is probably required. Compared to other nearby hotels with the same star rating we found the food and beverages to be way overpriced. We booked our 3 rooms 8 months in advance but were not given what we asked for and had to be moved the following day. |

The pool area is unbelievable, and by far the best of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and will certainly return on our next visit to Bali. It had a unique feel to it that made it a totally enjoyable experience. Possibly the breakfast could be a little better. |

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, unique style, amazing poolside (got like four pools with artificial beach side with beach volleyball available), great restaurant by the pool (for snacks; especially the pizza), beautiful gardens... When I checked in the room had a poor air-conditioner, complained about it next day or so, hotel management and technical staff responded promptly and fixed the problem with a complementary gift from the hotel which assured the 5 stars hospitality. |

The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Our initial room wasn't what we had hoped and we were quickly changed to a nicer room which was great! The food at the restaurant by the pool and room service wasn't all that nice. The rooms on the upper levels with the view of the construction site were not very nice and were the same price as the others. If those rooms were alot cheaper then it would be more acceptable. If we had not been able to move, we would have been very disappointed. |

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I was expecting a really nice place for the price but it was not. The rooms were nothing special. The furniture was old and beat up. There was soap scum and mold in bathroom. We had direct access to the pool but it was the small one not the big one. You could not get to the Hard Rock Cafe unless you left the property. The breakfast had a lot of options but was really busy and crowded. |

The swimming pool was impressive. Rooms adequate but wardrobe space could be designed better. Hard to get a cabana or a lounge on occassion. Should be told on check in so you plan your week. |

The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool area was great, the hotel is well located and close to the beach and shopping. All the money was spent on the outside, the rooms are not up to date and they are not clean. The breakfast was the same everyday. The airconditioning was ether too hot or too cold. |

Very good location in Kuta!.. close to shopping places, and interesting surroundings: restaurants, beach, cafe, etc. This hotel also my children's favorite hotel, since it has a nice pool with sand island inside.. it's like an "indoor beach"! Since it was a national holiday, so many people stay at the hotel. Breakfast time was not a good time for us, .. long queue, and lower down the quality of the food.. |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en zeker ook de het geweldige zwembad. Is centraal gelegen. Goede meerderekeukens gebrek aan handdoeken voor bij het zwembad waarbij ook nog eens extra een bandje om je pols krijgt, terwijl je een pasje hebt als bewijs. |
