The swimming pool is soooo big and has a little sand island in the middle of the pool. My kids are very happy swimming there. The location is in front of the beautiful beach and close to the shopping area. The service during having breakfast need to be improved. All staffs seemed to be busy with their own job, forgot to serve the guests? They will serve us only if we ask for it. |

1 the swimming pool(s) is great; 2 live music was good; 3 multiple options to eat although I didn't use it; 4 the atmosphere of music all arround in the hotel. Music was played in the hallways in the hotel as well. Not loud at all but I could here it when I was in my room. Because of tiles on the floor in the hallways in my room I could here anything what was going on in the hallways. |

Staff attitude, Room size, Resturant View of the Room, No Tea and Coffee in the room, Extra charges for the slippers, robes and the bad. Only two water bottels in room however the booking was 2 Adults and 2 Children. Resturant serving coffee / tea only at the beginig of the breakfast and it was only warm. |

It is a good location for Kuta beach, and was the only major hotel on Bali with free rooms at the time (late June). There were some plumbing problems in the bathroom and the room was rather poorly furnished. The quality of the band in the bar was not great. The hotel was full of young kids and seemed more like a 2* resort hotel for families than anything relating to rock and roll. |

Location and facilities. Did not like the the bathroom. It flooded when taking a shower. Towel rails were right above toilet. Wireless internet access is expensive. |

Tolle Lage,gutes Frühstück,sehr gutes abendliches Unterhaltungsprogramm mit Band. Gute Poolanlage. Das Personal,vorallem beim bereits bezahltem Frühstück unfreundlich. Man hat ständig das Gefühl alle wollen Geld. Die Qualität des Zimmers entsprach nicht ganz unseren Hard Rock-Vorstellungen. |

Hotellet var gjennomført på alle måter. God service og veldig hjelpsomme da sønnen min ble syk og trengte lege. Reiser veldig gjerne tilbake var veldig godt fornøyd på alle måter. |

We boekten een luxe kamer,dit viel tegen ook daar deze dicht bij de lobby was gelegen waar erg veel herrie was.Terug naar de receptie en een andere kamer gevraagd die was er niet,wel waren er nog rustige suite,s uiteraard tegen meerprijs. deze hebben we toch maar genomen om rustig te kunnen slapen. Ook deze viel tegen erg kaal ingericht. |
