Located along Kuta Beach, Hard Rock Hotel Bali features decor inspired by rock and roll culture. It has outdoor pools, rock climbing walls, a spa, restaurants and free parking. Spacious rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV and private bathroom with hairdryer. A minibar and coffee/tea making facilities are also provided. Guests can sing at the hotel’s recording studio, or get souvenirs from Hard Rock Megastore. Other facilities include a fitness center and massage services at the hotel’s spa. Great rooms which easy fit to family requirements (2 adults and 3 children). Nice and safe. Great pool and belonging areas around. Short walk to beach and shopping. Safe!

If one is looking for location, then Hard Rock hotel will be ideal. Just opposite the hotel is the famous Kuta beach, it’s also near to shops (Kuta & Legian) and restaurants (40 feet from a 24 hour McDonalds), and you can also walk to the Legian clubbing area (approx 25 mins). The pool is also great and the staff will go all out to accommodate your requests (if it’s reasonable). The room is small for the price you pay and my room did not have a balcony but the bed is very comfortable. They also can’t change for you Malaysian currency at the hotel but they advised me to go to the Matahari Shopping complex area where the money changes don’t charge commission.

The atmosphere, very lively and always entertaining ... every staff is smiling and greeting us. The pool is superb, kids enjoyed dipping in pool .. Stayed for 6 nights and no complimentary breakfast for my 2 children age 13 & 18. Not accommodating for family with older children. No free wifi connection, unlike Mercure which is just beside Hard Rock Hotel.

The pool was excellent it was big, clean & loved the beach feel. The quality of service was great. We were always always greeted with a smile from all staff. Made us feel good, & welcome to the country. Improvements: drains in bathroom are very smelly. It makes using the bathroom unpleasant. Seems to be coming from the pipes. Also for the money there should be spa bath in the bathroom instead of just a regular bath.

The staff here is friendly and helpfull. The security is good for car checking but no one check on those who walk in. And for the call centre is not good. We did ask for the transportation to and from airport but no reply.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. For those who are into pools and swimming I think it will be the right choice. The air conditioning system in my room was poor. Bed was comfortable though it was not that clean. My room smelled bad. It reminded me of wet carpets left without drying. I think rooms prices are highly expensive for what you get in the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for solo travelers.

The hotel has lot of activity in its own style.The staff is very friendly and always smiling. The pool is great The room was too small and simple for the price. I paid for a delux room but what I got wasnt delux. It didnt even have a balcony.

Convenient location and suitable for families and young people. Staff were friendly and helpful and speak English. But nobody spoke mandarin Chinese. Housekeeping - make up of rooms was not timely. After first day the 2nd and 3rd days we had to call and wait as the room was still not done after lunch.

We family 13 persons love the huge swimming pool . It is most bigger in we stayed hotels before. The rooms bedsheet is use quite long time & dirty . My husband 2 days stay can't sleep because of got something like bugs bite him.

The staff was always friendly and ready to help or answer any questions you may have. The room was nice and big and even the smallest room had 2 big queen size beds. The hotel uses sea water I think cos the water coming from the taps is salty which is pretty horrible esp when brushing your teeth. Also the breakfast place was overcrowded and messy.

My son enjoyed his holiday here. Hard Rock Hotel Bali rocks!!! A special shout out to a staff from the Centre Stage called Yudha. He is very good with children and very pleasant and ever ready to help out the guests. My family and I will certainly be coming back to Hard Rock Hotel next year.
