“ I definately like the service. Very helpful n friendly. From the door man to the front desk till the cafe staffs. New, cozy and clean rooms. Not forgetting spaciousness. Very convienient location. I check in at 2.25pm. I waited for more than 20min to check in. Quarrel with my girl friend for such long wait. Extreme bad experience.

Can relax after work! Have good wifi access 1)shampoo 2) I am surprise when I book the hotel and check-in that breakfast was not included. Some of the hotel provide a free breakfast every Morning but it is still up to Harris.

I like the bed room that they gave me. I like everything in this Hotel. I like the pool but I hate passing through the lobby or restaurant before and after dipping. Please try to make a way to and from pool that is not going to pass the lobby. That is really shameful when u look wet and people are looking at you.

i really like the service sand warm friendly helpful staff in front office. since we had a booking from internet, they've already prepared the room even the chek in room is still another 1 hour . breakfast at coffee shop also much variety and all delicious , made me want to eat all ! they also provided jamu ( special herb made) to the guest. perfect !

Great location. Free Wifi. Clean. Provides toiletries. Toiletries only gave one set despite room booked for two. Towels were foul smelling.

The hotel was very convenient to the ferry terminal. The taxi drivers have cheated me and my friends by driving us to the hotel from ferry terminal when it was only 2 mins walk away.

Spacious room, strategic location, cleanliness. Swimming pool was very turbid. As a matter of fact while inside the pool I can see all the particles that made it turbid. There isn't special arrangement for car parking for guests, every time I go in in a car there is a toll that is calculated per hour basis.

Relaxing place and comfortable. Easy access as ferry terminal is just next to it. Locations has not much shopping area/mall. Nothing much to so do after dinner time. They buffet breakfast is abit expansive thot.
