Location of the hotel was good, far from Traffic roads. The food was bad? They do not know how to make a normal pizza? .... Rooms are not well insulated "you hear clearly the noise of the the children .

Location is good since it easy to get there, not so far from Jagorawi Toll road. Facility is also good since it has nice swimming pool, restaurant, exotic bar, free bike renting, free wifi and satelite tv, hot water shower, etc. Our room, with twin (spring) bed, both (one is worst) have its spring is already weaken. This make our sleep is not confortable at all. It is really a pity, at least for me, that the hotel has it's all facility but forget to maintain it's main facility for a hotel, the bed. I just feel that when I stay at a hotel, with a class like Harris Hotel, I shouldn't experience this problem.

Quiet sourroundings at countryside. Cleanliness & hotel services by staffs meet expectations. The room toilets would be better if there are designed more spacious. If you are not careful one could knock an arm or a leg in between. But overall we are a pretty happy with this hotel.

النظافه ، المرافق جيده ( حضانه ، ٣ مسابح نظيفه جدا ، انترنت مجاني في جميع مرافق وغرف الفندق ، موقع الفنق ممتاز بعيد عن الازدحام وقريب من الطريق السريع وبالقرب منه سوق تجاري ومسجد كبير. الغرفه صغيره نوعا ما ، الحمام صغير ، الفطور غير مشمول في السعر من خلال بوكنق ، الاكل لا يتانسب مع تصنيف ٤ نوجوم والخيارات قليله وغالبيتها ماكولات اندونسيه لا تناسب الشرق اوسطين والغربين .

Harga sesuai dengan fasilitas yang ada di hotel. Kolam renang dan kids club jadi poin utama. Fasilitas di kamar mungkin bisa ditingkatkan dengan tidak membiarkan kamar terlalu kosong tanpa ornamen tambahan. Semacam mirip hospital saat ini.

Kamar nya unik dengan suasana orange colour. breakfast oke. sayang harganya ngga include brakfast kolam renang oke, ada kids club ( anak saya betah ) Parkiran sempit. wifi ngga sampai ke kamar

I love the swimming pool so much n the lounge. The staff are really nice n helpful. Enjoy my stay at harris. The rooms doesn't have toilet amenities, we have to buy it.

Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal war sehr unerfahren und hat uns in unseren Anliegen nicht weiterhelfen können. Zudem sprechen die Angestellten sehr schlecht Englisch. Das Hotel liegt sehr weit außerhalb von Bogor. Daher überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen! Taxis und Minibusse nehmen horrende Preise für die Anfahrt. Es gibt keine Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Fenster im Hotelzimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Internet funktioniert nur sehr sehr langsam bis gar nicht!

So far we satisfied with the hotel's condition and also the services. we will come back again for another holidays. The restaurant and the entertainment *Jazz Lounge* finished too early. For week end should be opened longer than weekdays.

Pelayanan yang ramah, kamar yang bersih dan warna yang cerah. Kolam renang yang cukup bersih, ada kids club untuk anak bermain. Ac kamar yang kurang dingin, sehinggal harus beberapa kali memanggil untuk meminta perbaikan. dan cooler yang kurang dingin.
