Transport is good for Bluebird the Taxi just park at the front of the building 1.shower drain was block I have to call staff to fixed it 2. Breakfast very poor 3. Good value of money! Stay at deluxe suite w 2 rooms inside, for 400k rupiahs ! Fair enough w facility and location we got! The staff very helpfull and friendly except the enginering! The kicthenete isnt complete! There is no stove or microwave.. One of the enginering comes to our room n ask with loud voice that we hv to move to next door because they need to do pipe checked routine! So annoying until the reception called us to appologized and they decided to do it after we left the room.

the rooms in the apartment was cosy..beds really comfortable. Taxis readily available. a massage service available at the ground floor...very convenient. had to wait till 8 pm to get towels.. not impressed... hotel staff not well versed about sights in Surabaya??

Room is spacious with nice view ( as i'm at level 12)..quite new apartment..easy to eat as the cafe is at the ground floor. Taxi available..just waiting at g:- floor also.. The massage for man is superb.. My room do not have refrigerator. In my opinion. .. Refrigerator should not be in certain type of apartment only as it is a necesscity. Must have in all room!

Close to airport. Clean and large rooms. Small massage spa in the buidling. Noise from pool starts at 8am - sounds like a kindergarten. Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby (not in the rooms though). Especially requested double beds and got twins with no explanation.

Its clean, with a small pantry with a cooking hood but no power supply?! You end up boiling your water next to your bed! Free wifi is a plus! There is nothing much in the surrounding within walking distance. However, it is 15-20 minutes to airport and there are restaurant and shopping mall by taxi in around 5-10 minutes.

Though the hotel is not in the heart of Surabaya, taxis are most of the time available. The blue bird taxis stand is in front of the hotel. Taxis fares are pretty cheap. An apartment type of accomodaton but lack of cooking facilities in the real sense of an apartment. Food court ia available on the second floor but most of the time a few stalls are open. Is good for money and I have no complaint in real sense of the word.

it's a great place to stay, luxurious, minimalist, still its offer an affordable price, it have a great view of surabaya, some strange food court developed in the second floor, and had some terrible experience with the plumbing, but they fixed it soon.

kamar luas, ada pantry, fasilitas lengkap dan dekat dengan airport permintaan airport transfer di luar jam kerja tidak dilayani. permintaan breakfast take away karna kita check out subuh juga tidak bisa. staf kaku dan tidak membantu dalam alternatif pilihan.
