Very friendly staff, professionally run resort. I failed to receive a very important message until after I had left. This caused considerable conflict for me. Seemed like more of a family resort then what I had thought. |

The first class service and smooth and efficient checking in. All staff extremely helpful and polite.The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. This hotel comes with my highest recommendation. Tha overalls on the cleaning staff made them look subservient. |

The service and hospitality shown is top-notch. It is also very thoughtful of the hotel to provide more than enough towels in the bathroom. This is my 4th Holiday Inn accommodation in four different countries this year and I have come to really like the beds. Even though beach sandals have been thoughtfully provide, there are no bedroom slippers. Beach bags would be very useful too. |

Although you'll need to walk about 15 minutes to Kuta and 30 minutes to Legian this hotel is conveniently located at the beachfront, which is a big plus if you fancy a quiet morning or afternoon at the beach and want to go out in the evening. The hotel is quite new and the design is very beautiful. I only ate once at the restaurant but the food was delicious, but if you don't mind walking a few minutes you'll find equally good restaurants for half the price. We also enjoyed playing tennis just after sunset. |

The hotel was new and clean. The rooms were very very small. Also, if you are planning to be at a hotel right next to the beach...this might not be the best hotel to be at. The water has been cordoned off...wasnt as exciting as I had thought it to be. But the stay overall was okay. |

We have really enjoyed the service there. Everybody was really ready to help at any time and even when there were some small problems with the water running they reacted really fast. It was maybe a little too far from all the main spots. However the taxis are very cheap, even though the traffic is crazy and it takes a long time to arrive anywhere. |

My husband & I thought the hotel had been renovated beautifully, very contempory, only a couple of balanise accents in the room. Envy the bar was great, good food, staff were excellent, in fact all the staff at the hotel were very helpfully & nothing was too much trouble. A real chillout place When you put items, like th spa or drinks on your room, we were not given a receipt each time to keep count of what was going on the end bill. They may have recified that now. |

As per Bookings.com the breakfast is offered at US $ 8.50. The hotel disowned this rate and insisted it is US $ 12 plus taxes. Secondly, the ocean view room did not loook like a 35 m2 room. |

Een heel mooi hotel splinternieuw met prachtige tuin en direkt aan de kust, dus vanuit de tuin en vanuit veel kamers prachtig zeezicht. Kortom een mooi resort, met prima service. Qua hotel helemaal niets op aan te merken. De ligging van het hotel is niet geweldig. Het dorpje waarin het hotel staat, dat direkt aan Kuta grenst is niet erg mooi (Kuta trouwens ook niet). Een mooie wandeling vanuit het hotel kun je wel vergeten. Je moet dus altijd weer een taxi nemen om ergens anders naartoe te gaan. Ik zou sowieso niet adviseren om te verblijven rondom Kuta. Veel te druk en toeristisch (en dan toeristisch in de meest negatieve betekenis). Wij zijn er achter gekomen dat er veel mooiere plekjes op Bali zijn. rustiger en veel meer het pure Bali, dat overigens prachtig is. |

Väldigt fräscht hotell, med ett mycket bra och lugnt läge med gångavstånd till nöje och shopping. Med tanke på att det var så nytt, så var det en doft i rummet som tyder på att det är mögelssporer som finns i ventilationen, vilket inte borde finnas där. |

A solo 5 min del aeropuerto, pero fuera del barullo de Kuta. Puedes disfrutar del desayuno mirando al mar y estupendas puestas de sol. Me encantó el despartador con plugin para Ipod |

Remodelado recientemente, las instalaciones están bien cuidadas. El diseño moderno es agradable. El personal, especialmente de recepción se muestra inflexible al menor cambio o planteamiento, es demasiado evidente que todo el personal está exclusivamente volcado en lograr tu consumo. Sería de desear que lo coplementasen con mayores dosis de eficacia y amabildad-flexibilidad. La habitación realmente muy pequeña. El baño sin ningún sentido de la intimidad. El desayuno, sorprendentemente no incluido en el precio, de una calidad no que no se corresponde con lo que piden. |

Having a direct access to the beach is the hotel's biggest asset. The beach club at night was rather groovy and the quality of food outstanding. The hotel has been recently refurbished and that pays off. During our stay, the hotel was popular with families. Because of the large number of kids, it did get loud at times, and the pool area was best avoided during most of the day. |
