Beatiful garden and amazing view. However, same employees cannot speak English.

Service of staff was exceptional and unlike any high class hotel I've ever experienced. An excellent experience and a hotel and location that I will most certainly visit again.

Internet access was very limited. We were charged even for complimentary 30 minutes access. Please change this system.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, though some were a bit slow in understanding. The pool was great too. Location is great if you want to visit Prambanan and Borobudur. Food in the restaurant was good and very cheap too. Only expensive thing is the wine! 90 euros for a simple bottle of Australian wine....

As always, the whole hassle with free wifi is mindnumbing irritating. Stop charging guests for this service as I can get it for free at bloody MacD! The restaurants used numerous different menus for lunch and dinner and not one menu was the same. You need about 8 different menus to figure out what it is they offer. They really need to have 1 lunch and 1 dinner menu.

No cold beer anywhere in the hotel. Service quite slow in restaurant, some itemss forgotten, have to ask twice.

Great hotel, everything was perfect and everyone from the staff was helpful and always smiling.The garden and the pool are the best ones I have ever seen, simply fantastic.

The Hotel Complex is quite amazing. The facilities: pools, golf course, gardens, etc are outstanding. The staff are also particularly friendly and courteous.

The rooms are not up to a 5 star standard. The air conditioning system in the hotel needs a overhaul. Ditto bathrooms (wet areas)

Not to bad

Everyboby was so friendly. I was staying there with my Indonesian wife, who years ago use to work at the hotel. She met up with some of the staff that she worked with, which was nice. The hotel was an oasis of calm amidst the busy Yogyakarta backdrop.

This hotel is an oasis in the middle of a wild jungle. I was impressed with the grounds and the service. It could use some upgrading but it is still an awesome place. The breakfast is fantastic. It offers incredible rates making it the overall best place to stay in Yogyakarta!

The hotel is slightly far from everything but it offers a free shuttle to the Malioboro area.

Lots of restaurant nearby, just love the environment, lots of greenery, friendly staff, good location.

buffte breakfast was okay...especially for indonesian food, the taste was not as expected.

Wonderful place - especially around the pool area. One of the best places I have stayed in Indonesia, and better than the awful hotels in Singapore.

The staff were excellent and were very helpful whenever required. The gardens were beautiful and we had a fantastic holiday, thank you all very much!!

Breakfast outside - my one comment would be that the coffee should be avilable in pots, rather than cups on request from staff.

We stayed a little bit longer than most and experienced a fantastic staff with very much personal attention from the bell boy to the manager. I one word: great!

Like in most places in Indonesia, something is very wrong with the prices of liquor and wines. Just too crazy for words. There are people everywhere, puting money in their pockets, resulting in cheap wines selling for 100 dollars or much more. Appalling and obviously corruption. Very visible as such.

Pools are great!! This place is just wonderful.

Chambre petite et quelconque. sans caractère. Carrelage moche au sol. Absence de vraie douche.(rideau plastique dans une petite baignoire).
