I booked in dollars but the did not want me to pay in dollars and used negative exchange factors. They tried to add tax to the price while it was clearly stated the the price I booked for was including tax. |

The pool, the breakfast and the bathroom in our bedroom. Only 6 or 7 sun chairs at the pool (always full and never got the opportunity to use them) + Internet services are too expensive! |

There is free internet in the lobby. The breakfast (for 60,000) is outstanding -- especially the omelets. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. Location is not near anything... really... The hotel staff had a bit of a edge about them... They didn't do anything wrong, they did not rip me off, they just gave me the impression they were thinking about it. There is no "business center" with fax / copies / printer (I think this was in the description) and although they say you can get internet in your room, there was no cable. I think what bugged me is that they pretended to look for the cable before saying, "In the morning." In the morning I moved to the Ibis Tamarin closer to the center of town, and various transportation hubs. |

Clean, efficient hotel with nice swimming pool and all other amenities you need. Always Blue Bird taxies outside and thus easy to get around. |

Hotel Staff is poor and the "We will fix your problem in 15 min or you will be our guest" is just a lie. Don't stay at this hotel. |

Prima hotel, niet vergelijkbaar met standaard Ibis-kwaliteit in Europa, gratis wifi in de lounge, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, zwembad, relatief dichtbij Gambir treinstation, taxi's voor de deur hotek hanteert bij omrekenen dollar-rate naar rupiah onvoordelige koers, american express wordt niet geaccepteeerd (volgens booking.com info wel) |

Prisvärt hotell som kändes tryggt. Rimligt avstånd till flygplatsen. Personalen var väldigt loj och tog god tid på sig innan de kom med menyn/serverade/kom till receptionen. Vi fick ingen internetkabel på rummet eftersom "de var slut", och wifi fanns bara i lobbyn.. |
