Very good service..

Central location - walking distance to many features and restaurants. Large pool, good for swimming laps.

Cost of breakfast was too high, especially given that the hotel was full, limiting choices at buffet. Only 1 lift working, so even though we were on the 11th floor, became quicker to use the stairs rather than wait for a lift. Suggest people really check out alternatives before committing to staying here.

love all the facilities and reception. staff are very friendly and accommodating

though the room is clean, it is not so for the bathroom. it needs a through cleaning especially the corners and floor.

Place was near Solo main road, hotel is in a good condition..

The queuing at 22:00 hrs Saturday evening, due to some partying teenagers on floor 5(?) and 9 (?) while I wanted to go to my 11th floor; had to wait ~5 minutes to get on one of the two lifts as the 3rd group. We were using the 'eco-friendly' human-pedalled-tricycles, but were directed to get off them at the roadside, to walk up ~30 meters to the hotel entrance, while taxis were allowed to go up to that entrance. Not a big deal, just a bit inconvenient.
