Score from 524 reviews Very good
Very cheap and clean rooms. The host is very friendly.
It was quite far removed from the main road.
Nice garden, staff was nice. It's cheap and simple, has all the basic things you need.
Wifi was very poor.
a really nice family, nicce view and garden, perfect starting point for discovering Lombok
The place was really nice, comfortable, quiet, staff friendly.
The owner told us the wifi was going up and down but actually it didnt work at all.We booked the standard room, once there we realized there was no sink and the toilet was Indonesian style (to flush you have to use a big bucket with water)thats why we changed our room, if you ok with that I will recommend the place for a short stay.
It has a good rate here. Anyway, we think that the hostel is basic basic. We only found cockroaches and a quick breakfast served in very tiny terrace. The owner is very friendly. The only thing it has is that is cheaper.
Cockroaches!. The Bathroom is very bad!
Lovely gardens,Friendly helpful staff and breakfast served outside your room.
No mosquito nets.
nice staffs, nice place for a really cheap price. location is just 10 min walk from beach
Good position and very friendly staff
Bathroom was small
Great garden and calm environment, but still very central and easy to reach. Delicious breakfast and charming people.
Do not clean the rooms The home team is busy themselves dirty No change of bed linen Trying to cheat in the price Trying to cheat with rental bike Toilet paper have to ask .. persistently Ants, cockroaches, large flying cockroaches that crawl out of the bathroom No mosquito nets Old, tired rooms is far Noisy at night And so on ..
Friendly staff Family environment
Basic but very clean home stay. Towels, clean sheets and toiletpaper provided - something that is not always common in Indonesia. Good value for the money
• good breakfast • nice garden • quiet • you can rent a motorbike
• Squattiolette • No AC in our room, only fan • little bit hard to find because the street is very small
Google maps do not give a good representation of how close this homestay is to the centre of the Senggigi town and how to access it. This homestay is located in a residential area on the other side of the main highway from the beach, 5 minutes walk from a ATM, and convenience stores. It is an easy 15 minutes walk from where the ferries to Senggigi dock and the main beach. It is impossible to reach by car, through it can be reached by a motorcycle navigating a sealed lane with sharp corners. There is a small sign on the main road beside the restaurant for Graha Resort which directs people to the access to the homestay. The local mosque was far enough away to not wake me up in the morning. The rooms are clean and I liked the outdoor bathroom which are shielded by a high wall from any onlookers. The owners are friendly and speak excellent English as well as Dutch.
Lack of hotwater. Weak wall mounted fan, mounted directly above my head.
Suzanne was really friendly! We've stayed there before and after trekking Mt Rinjani and she made us feel lik like we came home after this trekking!
maybe add mosquito nets?
The owners are a very nice and helpful couple. The breakfasts are good. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The room are clean. Many services are offered directly there. (Massage, scooter rentals, transfer to the gilis, etc.)
Disaster! I would be ashamed to offer people such a place. It was very cheap as for this area but i expected very simple room but not something like this. Holes in the walls, dirty, worms in the room. Far from the main street, hard to find in the dark. The owners very nice but their advices useless, I almost missed my flight because of waiting for the bus, which they suggested, which did not come. Breakfast is a joke - one pancake and a tee. Free wifi which does not work.
Cheap, offered soap, towels and scooter rent, friendly staff
Breakfast was bad and tiny (one plain pancake). Wifi did not work in 4 days. Only freezing cold shower. Long and dirty tiny path from the main road to the place
Take a hike with the guy working in the garden, it's wonderfull !!
position close to the center but in the same time close to the local houses. very beautiful garden. nice room.
Very small portion breakfast. Wi-fi doesn't work. Turca Wc.
Stunning view form the terrace with beautiful garden. Also had a delicious breakfast. Love the pancake!
Little bit far from the main road and its so quite dark through to the homestay
lovely place in a quiet setting. we had a comfort room with an open air bathroom which was great. would definitely recommend it.
The garden and it s very peaceful. Good and cheap laundry.
Nobody clean your room. So we stayed 3 nights and our bin was plenty of rubbish. We also came back from the rinjani trekking tour so our room was plenty of dust..they ask you not to trought the toilet paper in the wc, so they supposed to empty the bin. The owner, a Dutch woman is taking care of her children and none is there to help you when you need some help. We rented the scooter for 2 days and the same company sold us the ticket to Kuta. Well, we discovered we paid double probably because someone is taking commission ( the owner maybe?) tip : don't book anything from this place. Awful WIFI!!!!!
Lovely gardens, and amazing cold shower, but afraid those are the only positive comments I have.
You get what you pay for - and the standard rooms are only 150k Rupiah a night, but the rooms are very basic. The beds are bamboo frames, saggy mattresses, squat toilet, and the fans do not keep the room cool. When we came back in the evening, the outside temperature was nice, but the room was boiling, The twin rooms are set up so that only one bed gets the fan. The homestay is in a Kampong (local houses) so its a 300m walk around some alleys with your bags as cars can't get there. The wifi is very intermittent, didn't work more than it did, and was extremely slow. We've learnt that we really do need air con and found a nicer room with ac, better beds and bathroom for 180k at Made Homestay a bit further south.
The gardens were beautiful
The alleyway walk home is long it is lit a bit but need a torch and its safe enough as lots of houses
