The staff are all friendly and ready to help. The swimming pool is easy to access from room location and quite large for everybody to have their own space. It seems that the room service still enter and make up the room (while the guest is not around) even though no disturb symbol is placed at the door knob. |

The best part of the stay is having very friendly and helpful hotel staff to guide you through sightseeing places and to find the best shopping places which the locals use. Made some friends and had a great time. The only unfortunate problem was that they were renovating during my stay and the noise and dust was bothersome as i would love to be able to write in the quiet solitude of my room during the day. |

The fact that the hotel is central to everything and it is right on the beach. Also that the pool is open 24/7. The bathroom was too small and there was no clothes line in the bathroom to hang up washed underwear. |

The hotel are in a very nice location. Directly on the beach and close to the Beach Road. Just small step and you are in the city. Just a small steps and you are on the very nice beach. Nice large pool with a lovely pool bar and kindly staffs. Nice garden with a nice restaurant close to the beach. The staffs at the pool and the garden restaurant kindly, helpful. The hotel by self. If you come from the pool and garden, you have the feeling you are not in the same hotel. The rooms are old, dark, very dirty, and noisy . The cleaner unkindly, laesy and not clean. My room was full up with mosquitoes. The blanket on the bed not white, more grey. Only 2 towels for 2 people. The cleaner not disinfect the toilet. |

The proximity of the hotel to the beach. The location of the restaurant. Walking distance to Kuta Centre. The ongoing renovation work was very noisy. |

The location from the Hotel is absolutely super. Very nice big garden, very nice large pool, direct closed to the beach and in the middle of the centre from Kuta. The beach in front the hotel is wonderful and not to busy but not to quite and clean. For this area I can give really 4 or 5 stars. Very dirty rooms, dark, small, very old furniture, very loud, No security in the night, also often nobody behind the reception. Low breakfast for European peoples. From 6:30 to 10.ooh . 5 minutes past 10.ooh you can not get anything any more. Nobody ask you, you are finish with breakfast or you want one coffee more. Never I have got so bad service in a 4 star hotel. |
