Excellent comfort levels and attention to detail, privacy assured even in the public areas, fantastic location. Staff and services very good also.

We get a fantastic Suite Singaraja wing room since we booked standard Singaraja room due to we were in honey moon. Service and installations are fantastic.

We think that the italian restaurant is expensive and does not have enough international food selection.

The location of the hotel is just perfect for a relaxing beach holiday - from the very moment of check in. The service was excellent, support staff - very helpful, friendly and always keen to give a tip (which proves to be helpful) on restaurants, spa, sights. Other notable features include design, very good breakfast, cocktails menu (which is exceptionally good - we've been to quite a few places to dine, and have always returned to Intercon for a "finishing" drink). Hope to come back at some point!

Just some thoughts (some - very particular ones): would be good to broaden the menu of the restaurant in terms of seafood; we stayed in a two-level Singaraja, on the first level the sofa was comfortable, but it didn't allow to lay on it fully stretched (tiny thing, but nice if an odd idea of watching a movie occurs to you); hairdryer was somewhat aged (maybe the time to replace them is to come soon); would be good to replace classic music with something local in more relaxing in the hotel spa.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The garden is huge and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the sunset bar in the evenings and the Italian restaurant for breakfast. Restaurantprices are too high but there are lovely BBQ places outside the hotel to the left and right side at the beach. Sit with your feet in the sand and listen to the waves.

Bed was too hard for me, but that's of course for everyone different. Staff was helpful to comfort me, even with some misunderstandings we came to a solution.

I sat the beanch on the beach and enjoyed great foods.

The seats in the outside pool for relaxation is very very very dirty. Additionaly, I found that they did not wash some of the beach towels.

Resort de luxe, avec une excellente attention du personnel, grande propreté des chambres, très bien placé avec la possibilité de diner à l'hotel ou sur les petits restaurants de bord de mer tout proche

L'option club lounge qui coute 70 Usd de plus par jour n'est pas intéressante.
