I am a member of the Priority Club Rewards, No. 307025943. I booked at this hotel for three nights from 27 to 30 October 2011 at a daily rate including breakfast, then I decided to extend my stay for two nights from October 31 to November 1, so the hotel increased the price and without breakfast. I accepted it under duress, and then I decided to extend my stay for another two nights from 2 to 3 November, the hotel again increased and the price without breakfast. Is it like that InterContinental rewards its guests?

The rooms were very nice and comfortable, staff very accomodating, pool area very nice, gym area nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the business traveler. Internet was a bit pricey, which always annoys me bu otherwise, it was an oasis of a hotel stay in the midst of a month of travel in Asia. Internet, and food prices were steep.

Everything was good excepting the swimming pool area but I guess there is nothing much you can do otherwise my overall evaluation is very good. Had a good stay there. Next year please do a new year countdown at the main lobby and not at the restaurant which was really boring. Countdown with a band and balloons etcetc.. We all celebrated on the street !!

Fair, not that fantastic. Clean, food range is fine. Surrounding too dark and not safe, especially too many people loitering just outside hotel area. Not easily spotted and too way in to enter hotel premises, be it by car or walking. Room does not have envelopes, writing pads and pen! No laundry bag also! Design is boring, too solemn , dark, not refreshing enough.

Hotel is quite good for money. What I liked were breakfast, clean and reasonable room space and location. Nothing else and I think it's enough for business, stay refreshment.

we find cockroach inside our room and called the reception but with my surprise the only action taken was sending us an insects killer in the middle of the night. after that never hear from them.

The hotel's interior is nice, clean and good offer during the holiday (US$150 nett for premier room) This hotel claims to be 5 star but the quality of service and food during bfast proven only 4-star. During my stay on 31st Dec, the staff at the Coffee Shop mistreat us by not allowing us to enter caused we wore Hotels slippers, and I found out others did; I cant understand this hotel even hates their own amenities, while other can wear rubber slippers; for the food they serve locally made yogurt; I never found such this in other 5 star hotel.

방에 벌레가 많아요. 5성 호텔이라고는 도저히 믿어지지 않을 정도 입니다. 만약 인도네시아 호텔에서 벌레가 한국으로 몰래 온다면 여기일 것 같다는 생각입니다. 벌레가 많다고 방을 올겨 달라고 하니 보지도 않고 올겨 주더라고요 즉 벌레 많다는 것을 다 알고 있었다는 뜻이지요.
