Usefull to stay very close to the airport in case of late arrival or early departure.

The hotel is very clean. Close to the airport and they provide free transfer. Our flight is at 5.50am and it was very convenient to stay there.

Well to start with I was given a warm welcome with a drink, very friendly staff and co-operated with me to give me a room of my choice, Rooms very spacious and very clean, The whole stay was pleasant, and the swimming pool though not big the kids enjoyed it.

Wi-fi was not working Jagucci was not working Kuta beach is a good 20 minutes walk

The interior design of the lobby, toilet and room are pretty nice. Black and white are just cool and chic. Love the food from the restaurant! There are delicious and very presentably served even I ordered room service.

The staffs are not friendly (no smile at all) especially the receptionist (guys). Forgotten to replenish my room shampoos for 2 nights - even though the quality of the shampoo is not there, with the first one I tried. No conditioner provided. Only 1 toothbrush set provided even for a deluxe room booked for 2 person. Need to have more attentive receptionist as I need to remind twice for my transport to airport.

It was clean.

The wi-fi never connected despite repeated pleading with the hotel staff to do something about it. I notice there are other complaints about this, as well. The staff seemed indifferent and uncaring, as if this happens all the time and we are tired of hearing about it. It also begs the question: Is it only a faux Wi-Fi and the hotel doesn't want to spend the money on a good, sound isp? If they have no Internet provider it would seem this is false advertising and Wi-Fi is the most important issue for me. I changed hotels after the second night when it never connected even though the promised the 'big boss' would be in on Monday. I left Tuesday morning.

how long have you got... the first night we were given a room right next to the dining /party room for nye.....needless to say the music blaired all night even though there was only staff there. The compulsory NYE dinner was terrible.. The food was cold, and was more like left overs than a NYE banquet. The hotel is like faulty towers.. In the first room we were in...the drains from the shower didn't drain the water and it flooded when showering. the loo didnt flush, the air conditioning dripped onto the floor all night, the window was covered over with a cloudy film preventing us from seeing outside which turned out to be the bin area, the bed head backed the kitchen so we could hear breakfast being prepped and knives and forks being sorted at 5am! There was no western breakfast other than cornflakes, toast..of which the toaster didnt work properly and only toasted one side of the bread... there were baby crossaints, served cold. Omelets were the only option... After complaining we were told to pack our things and move them to another room..NO word of an apology for the faulty room and disastrous first nights stay! So they transfered us to a room on the 3rd floor. To get there you took a lift to level 3 walked down a corridor down 6 steps ..along the corridor up two steps and to our room. The staff, I would say are compliant not overly friendly but reasonably accommodating. When we requested 1 more pillow each we were told sorry there is a pillow shortage in the hotel wait till someone else checks out. rooms were made up nicely daily. The pool area was tired and there were lots of things broken, like the steps into the pool and pool surrounds. (too many to mention) the pool was on the 5th floor..BUT the lift only went to the fourth floor...so after exiting the lift and following corridors you actually went up 4 flights of stairs past the over priced day spa and up to the pool.

The beds were comfortable. It is clean. If you are expecting basic comfort etc it is fine but absolutely NOT worth the money they are asking. The food in the restaurant - particularly Indonesian was quite good however. Staff are sweet enough.

The website is misleading and makes this look like a desirable location and residence. It did not live up to this at all. It is located on an awful busy road with nothing one could possibly want in the vicinity. We thought this was going to be a treat and were brought down to earth with a bump. The pool which looked amazing on the website is on the roof with a view of cranes and building work - could have been Birmingham city centre. The bar up there was so dark we had to move to read the menu. Showers merely tepid - not what you would expect at this price. Bathroom dark - in fact the whole place was dark - there was very little light anywhere - it was like living in an underground bunker. People were smoking everywhere too. Breakfast mainly geared towards the Asian market rather than International. Decoration circa 1975. "Beergarden" a few benches looking out onto a busy street with deafening music repeated over and over. Not what we were expecting and not what the website presents.

Beautifully designed hotel with a great rooftop pool and bar. Quite close to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby.

The room didn't have a balcony and the view from the window was a brickwall only half a meter away.

Good location, not too far from beach or kuta for shopping, depending on what you want. Pleasant staff. Nice hotel.

Floor in room really slippery, to the point of being potentially dangerous. Could always hear people in hallway as shoes always squeaked. Too much floor cleaner?Bizarre..

This hotel is very near to airport which is just 3-5 minutes drive away, and free airport transfer is provided. Hotel staffs are very friendly and good. Rooms are clean but cleanliness stil can be improved. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, which is on the 5th floor. u need to take elevator to 4th floor and walk up a floor to swimming pool. There is a bar by the pool side, but not that happening at night, maybe I travel during weekdays. The pool overseeing planes landing and touching down at the airport. Easily reach Discovery Shopping Mall by just walking around 8-10 minutes, and can access to the beach through Discovery Mall. Mini marts and bars all located within walking distance. Hair dryer is provided upon request. Universal adapter is provided as well.

Room furnitures a bit old, and not that spacious as in the photo gallery. short stay is recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and found it to be great value. It is comfortable and close to the beach and very accessible to everything kuta has to offer. Service is friendly and will continue to stay here when in Bali.

I chose j Boutique for its location close to airport and price and found the service and and facilities excellent for the price.Although short it was a very convienent and comfortable stay.

Was noisy in corridors outside rooms

Welcoming drinks, nice lobby, nice decor, efficient and friendly hotel team, nice breakfast, huge room and comfortable bed, free shuttle service to the airport, nice pool at the top of the hotel (opened 24h), nice spa, and very close to the airport, shopping area and restaurants. If I return to Kuta, I'll definitely stay there again.

J'ai aimé sa situation par rapport aux discovery mall, ainsi que son petit déjeuner à volonté qui est assez rare à Bali.La piscine est situé sur le toit. J'ai également fortement apprécié le fait de pouvoir confier ces bagages à un concierge le jour de mon départ ainsi que la navette gratuite pour l'aéroport. Une épicierie ouverte 24 sur 24 en face de l'hotel

La plage qui est pas très facile d"accès (obligé de marcher 20 minutes) etassez loin dr Légian une petite demi heure de marche.

Le design sur les photos ! En vrai la chambre y ressemble mais on voit que les matériaux ne sont pas forcément de qualité ou alors qu'ils sont déjà bien vieux... Chambre propre Bonne literie De quoi ranger et poser les affaires Proche du grand centre commercial Centro et du centre ville (rapide en taxi) Wifi moyen car nous étions en bout de couloir Conseil de restaurant : le Mozarella, à 2min a pieds

Au choix la vue : sur la rue bruyante ou sur un mur à un mètre de la fenêtre avec le bruit des Clim, donc bruyant et sombre Les grands couloirs interminables avec un hall immense au 3ème étage La Clim a fonctionné le premier soir sur les 3 ou nous sommes restés Une des prises de courant était décrochée du mur et quand on a voulu brancher le téléphone, d'autres lumières se sont éteintes à ce moment la ! Mystère... Personnel ne parlant pas très bien Anglais Nous ne savions pas si nous prolongions notre séjour et voulions donc payer le lendemain matin la globalité pour limiter les frais de CB. Il n'a pas voulu et on a donc fait 3 CB au final !!

Desde os quartos espaçosos ao staff, sempre prestavel, pode-se dizer que tudo correu bem.
