when we entered the villa, we were struck by the mold in the air , the aircon filter was very filthy with breathing difficulties in the first night. We had to ask the duty manager to have this cleaning done,the breathing was better, but not OK: the next days when we met the manager he looked the other side, not asking how we felt!
the beach is not up for swimming, and the pool is just in front of the restaurant. When I am having breakfast I don't want to watch people in the pool
food is average in taste, no big choice
the staff needs a new training, we have been to other resorts nearby: much better, no complaints whatsoever
prices are really very expensive: the best restaurant in senggigi will cost you half than one meal in Jeeva
one tea-bag ( yellow lipton) in the room costs 25000 IDR, which everywhere else would be complementary
- big disappointment ! we will never go back!
at first look everything seems great: we had a duplex villa : spacious, beautiful room, nice terrace on the garden, no sea view
the staff is nice but english is limited : you have the feeling, especially at reception that they do not understand
breakfast is good, but nothing more than ,even less than in other comparable resorts : juice diluted with water! lunch was heated by micro oven: choice and taste very average: no local fish on the lunch menu. So we went outside for our meals: much better options and a lot cheaper
