The service and quality of Jeeva Klui was amazing . The staff were so kind and attentive. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. What really made it special for us were Dini and Windri who served us breakfast each morning in the restaurant. Their personal touch was so lovely and we were made to feel very special each time. These two amazing members of staff would be the very reason we’d return to this beautiful hotel as they helped make it a most unforgettable holiday.

Absolutely everything about this place is class. The photos on booking.com don't do it justice but I booked because of the reviews mainly. The property is beautiful. The staff are extremely professional, many are real characters, fun and good to talk to. we never left the 4 days we stayed, We ate at the Wareong The food on offer is extremely good. The views across to Bali and the mountains are often clear . The spa facilities, it's lovely staff and the location set on a rise in the hill overlooking the beach, with ocean breeze and the sound of waves coming through the large sliding windows is dreamy. We had a spa treatment every day. I'm hoping that direct flights are introduced soon as a pick me up is Indeed needed for the economy of Lombok.

The resort is in a beautiful location and wonderfully designed so it feels really spacious. The pool and beachfront areas are really relaxing. Lovely touches included the beautiful robes to wear in the room/spa/pool, and the housekeeping staff were attentive, visiting twice per day to freshen the room, set for bedtime and spray for mosquitos. We enjoyed the cocktail happy hour and were grateful for the free shuttle to the local sister resort, where we had a delicious meal.

Beautiful beach resort with jungle mountains behind. Incredible value (private pool villa for the cost of a roadside dump in the US) 5 star service (afternoon turndown service, staff calls you by name). Quiet and cozy. I’ve stayed in thousand of hotels around the world and this is in my top 5.

The breakfast was excellent, we really like the variety... and the croissants. The property was wonderfully laid out, our villa was clean and beautiful. The property also has it's own beach access and when we stayed there the sunsets were magical. We really enjoyed our stay and will look forward to staying at Jeeva Klui again if we return to Lombok.

Staffs and services are absolutely flawless. Room is big but got moldy at the ceiling and thus make the room a bit smelly. Also maybe because of the weather condition although the air-con is very cold but the room feel damp. Private swimming pool is very clean. Breakfast for western foods is excellent. Must try!!!!

The location is amazing and the space outdoor very well maintained. Common areas and restaurant set with a high taste, with particular care for details. The food is very well prepared and various. The beach is clean and well accessible despite some rocks at the shore. Sitting out for the sunset under the palm trees, surrounded by the wonderful garden, is giving you a wonderful sensation of relaxation and peace.
