Great snorkling at menjangan island. Every day room cleaning and fresh towels. Nice room.
Bad system of wifi - we got paper with nickane and password and every time we must login. But it is only for 1 phone, and when you have more phones, tablet, notebook you do not have so many passwords. Pool acros the street. On pool you don´t have any services - we missed some bar with fresh juices, tea or coffee. older stale mosquito net
Great value for money, the Jubawa Dive centre onsite was fabulous and took me to some great dive spots. It was clean, lovely pool, they cooked food to accommodate my strange needs. All in all very happy.
* Very clean * Nice room and nice bed including mosquito net. * Good and comparable cheap food compared to other resorts around. * You get a lot of food for you included breakfast
* The Marked point on the map is WRONG! It is not between the main road and the ocean! It is on the other side of the road and a couple of meters to the west! I choose this Home stay because I expected to have a facility connected to the beach. This is not true! While you sit in their restaurant you will sit next to the street. This makes it a bit loud and not so romantic. * It was a bit annoying that they rearranged the bed everyday as if you would just check in. I mean that I had to fix the mosquito net every day again in its correct position around the bed, because they opened it again and again and twisted it around the bed so that it looks nice. The pool area is on another facility! You need to go trough the entire resort, leave the area go other a side street and enter the pool area trough another gate. It is not that bad, but I expected something different.
The pool was amazing!
Nice breakfast, bed, swimming pool, location, room, cats))
No hot water in our room (was not big problem though).
The bed was great! The pool is good.
Staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Not a good vibe.
The pool was clean and had a terrific view of the mountains.
I got a glimpse of the kitchen as we arrived and wished I hadn't as it was filthy. The property is on a battle-axe shaped block of land and is surrounded by barking dogs, roosters crowing, hens wandering onto the Jubawa property and pooping on our doorstep, as well as pigs over the wall and it stank. Our view from the room was of a three meter high concrete wall, not concealed at all by the garden. The room was dark and the decorative air vents above the door let in mosquitoes. We requested an extra bed for our child and were given a lumpy mattress on the floor that we paid an extra $15 a night for. When my husband touched the cord to put the fan on he received an electric shock. The air conditioner was not adequate. The bathroom was disgusting and not clean, also the ad said there was hot and cold water but there was only option for cold. The wifi was constantly dropping out. The breakfasts were really small serves—not that I wanted to eat much after the aforementioned glimpse of the kitchen. We had planned to spend a week here and only spent two nights. We would've left sooner if we could've found somewhere else.
The snorkelling trip booked at the diveshop was nice.
It was like a zoo in our room, ants, cockroaches, giant gecko's, flies and mosquitoes..There was AC, but many holes in the walls, so that was not effective at all. The staff is ok, but they don't speak English very well..Overpriced.
The hotel is next to the main road and the room has no curtains to keep the morning sun away, so not ideal for sleeping. The pool is also in a separate part, so you have to go to another building area to access it. Standard is ok, but you can for sure find better standard and location in Pemuteran for the same price!
The food was very good and the staff cleaned the room every day and changed the sheets and renewed the towels
No toiletries in the bathroom and no bottled water each day. The bed was far too high off the ground the furniture well past its used by date. We paid top money for very little and I didn't to book as it was the same price at the reception
reasonable value for money, near beach and with pool
20-30 mins walk from snorkelling area Facilities were good but toilet was malfunctioning
The room was clean quiet and comfortabl and the staff pleasant. We enjoyed using the pool.
Welcoming staff, good sized room and decent pool. Good breakfast.
Bit of a trek to the beach which wasn't too special.
Nice spacious room, big bathroom, friendly service, diving/snorkelling desk with great trips, very well organised!
Really good diving in the area. The pool was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Boring area with nothing to do except diving (which was really good though). Very dark and small rooms, you'll want to spend as little time as possible in it.
Loved this place...very spacious room and bath, spotless, comfortable, great wifi, wonderful, helpful staff, great breakfast selections, a beautiful pool with lounges and umbrellas and it was close to several dive shops.
Nothing negative to say
-Very clean rooms - We had deluxe room, with view at the swimming pool, it was worth the upgrade, very nice atmosphere - Very friendly staff - Nice swimming pool - Good location for relaxing and do snorkeling tours or diving
- Pemuteran is quite calm, but there are a couple restaurants in walking distance
