Good room service and friendly hotel stafff I wrote to you yesterday about the unexpected revision of charges from US$ 1100 to $1160 because of hotel charging in rupiah and then exchanging to dollars at a lower exchange rate. I thought I would be charged what you quoted on your website and was angry with having to pay more. Also the promised shuttle service to Ubud was sporadic and inefficient |

It's nicely away from the noise, surrounded by lots of rice fields. Relaxing place. Very friendly staff. As often in Asia hotels quickly show their age. Breakfast choice was rather small for such a hotel. No broadband internet in the rooms (only dial up :( ). Promoted Yoga class was not available. |

The situatioun of the hotel in the ricefields is great. Very nice swimmingpool. Very nice room with a shower outside. |

Villas are well designed and sited well within a setting of rice paddies. The landscaping was particularly well designed and well kept. The toilet/bathrooms are little outdated; and need to be modernised. |

Very good breakfast.Awarding winning resturant.Up to world best class standard for food. False advertising.Ubud Charlet room will never be available. There are only 8 rooms looks like the adv. picture out of 58 rooms in total. Some room were renovated but we never had a chance to even see it. Our room was old and no 4 pillar bed. Will send you picture later. When I check out, I saw another pair of traveller were complainting about the room too. What you pay is not what you see in adv. picture. |

広大な敷地、景観、建築とのハーモニーを満喫できるリゾートホテル。ウブドの中心地から７，８分の距離で観- 光にも便利。今回泊まったガーデンヴィラはこじんまりしていて好感が持てる。日本人スタッフ、日本語の出来- る現地スタッフ多数。 ホテルにあるたった一つのレストランpetuluの品質管理に問題あり。紹介されてる部屋の面積は庭にある- 屋外の施設も合わせた面積に等しいのでご注意を。 |

Die Lage in mitten der Reisfelder und in einem schönen tropischen Garten macht den reiz der Hotelanlage aus. Die Villen mit daybed auf dem Dach laden ein zum Lesen und Entspannen. Der Pool ist vollkommen ausreciehend da die meistens Gäste ohnehin Tagesausflüge unternehmen. Ubud mit seinen vielen Künstlern und dem monkey forest bietet natürlich auch eine Menge Abwechslung. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr im Abseits und der Shuttle fährt nur wenige Male am Tag. Man ist ziemlich abgeschnitten. Die Taxis ab Hotel sind wesentlich teurer als normalerweise in Ubud. Die Preise sind verglichen mit aequivalenten Angeboten in Ubud überrissen, die Reservierungsbedingungen ebenfalls. |

L'aspect privatif des bungalows qui offre une totale tranquillité ainsi que leur aménagement, spacieux et fonctionnel. L'utilisation de l'hotel pour le mariage d'un couple australien a relégué tous les clients dans des salles d'appoint (pour les repas) très peu agréables. Le client n'était plus "roi" mais devait devenir invisible pendant les deux jours de la fête maritale. Politique commerciale pour le moins étrange... |

Hotel bien entretenu, service irréprochable, disponibilité du personnel excellente, belle piscine. Nous étions en villa. elle était superbe, propre, très joliment décorée. |

de absolute vriendelijkheid van het personeel heeft ons zeer positief geraakt het eten was zeker niet top in het restaurant en tijdens een lunch aan het zwembad kreeg ik zelfs rauwe scampi's geserveerd |

L'authenticité des villas et l'emplacement au milieu des rizières Mérite clairement un rafraîchissement et un meilleur entretien notamment autour de la piscine et dans les chambres. Le service de navettes est bien tenu, mais les horaires sont choisis pour vous "obliger" à déjeuner ou dîner à l'hôtel |

Les villas avec piscine privée sont d'un raffinement extrème même si pour le prix payé, le rapport qualité/prix est insuffisant. La décoration des chambres et leurs équipements sont viellots et pas très désign/moderne pour ce niveau de prix. Dans notre villa, il y avait un problème de remonté de cannalisation, ne dégageant pas une odeur très agréable que le staff local n'a pas été en mesure de régler malgrès nos nombreuses remarques et demandes. A noter que même si l'hotel est à proximité du centre ville d'ubud (d'après la brochure 800m; il est impensable de se déplacer à pied et il est nécessaire d'utiliser les navettes de l'hotel (qu'à certaines heures seulement) ou en taxi. |

Nous avons beaucoup apprecié la chambre qui était très spatieuse et la vue à partir de notre chambre. Le personnel de l'hôtel est à l'écoute est très serviable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel. Vous êtes situé dans un bel endroit et surtout dans un endroit très au calme. Très satisfait de notre séjour sur Ubud |
