Posizione scenografica con vista panoramica, strutture nuove e funzionali. Munduk è bella per passarci un giorno o due alla scoperta della vita contadina, ma non di più non c'è nulla da fare se non un paio di passeggiate.

The family was so friendly and took great care of my needs!! It is next door to a school of gamelon music which i had wanted to study...I am now practicing my bamboo gamelon back at home in Hawaii!!! I am blessed!

Small parking space for car

This is for people who don't want to stay in the tourist places and love to see some mountain scenery. Munduk is a good location if you want to explore on a rented bike, check the waterfall, rice fields and lakes.

No swimming pool but also not very needed because its cooler in the mountains

Exceptionally comfortable hotel run by the most amazingly friendly and hospitable family.

Our most outstanding impression was the view. We were located in one of the upper rooms in the newer section of the Guest House, the sunsets and the morning mists were outstanding. Karang Sari organised a trek for us where we motorbiked to the 600 year old Banyan Tree and trekked back through the Clove, Coffee and Rice fields, our guide Uri was excellent with good English and many stories to tell. The food at the restaurant was OK but nothing to get excited about. Would stay there again.

The noise from the road in the upper room could be distracting for some light sleepers.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff were the friendliest we have encountered - which says a lot for Bali where everyone is smiling. We would come again anytime.

Karang Sari in Munduk is a small, basic, comfortable guesthouse where we spent a great couple of days and felt well-looked after. There was a beautiful little garden and our room was very comfortable and clean, with a four-poster bed and a decent bathroom. One of the staff also works as a guide in the mornings and he took us for a 4 hour trek in the clove forests one morning, for a reasonable cost, and showed us waterfalls and other interesting local nature features. You need a decent level of fitness for this trek! Only stay in Mundul if you're happy to be in a very quiet village! Great value for money.

Beautiful situation

Did not have the room we booked the first night.we got a room first floor. Did not tell me. I complained and they changed us the second night for the room with a view like we booked. Breakfast could be better...

The gardens are beautiful & if u get a room upstairs u get a fantastic view. A wonderful welcome & friendly staff, would go back!

I was attracted to Karang Sari because of the wonderful garden and outstanding views over the countryside. I wasn't dissappointed. I was given a choice of rooms and they were both delightful. Breakfast was served in the garden. One of the staff took me on a wonderful motorbike tour of the Bayan tree and rice fields,but the highlight was seeing the practice run at the community hall for the following days big festival. The village is natural and the people are friendlly. It really is a home away from home.you wont regret staying here.

Great place ! Super friendly and helpful staff. If you go to Munduk and stay there, just trust the boss and its staff for any need (guide, transportation etc.). don't go to the tourist information, not at all official - they'll make you pay as much as possible for every service. The room was nice, very clean and quiet. Lovely garden with mountain view. Excellent food.

Was a lovely location and good views. staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food was very good but the menu was very limited and not much choice if you don't eat chicken, as every meal contained chicken. Building work is going on in the hotel, as it seems it is in every hotel that we have stayed in on the island.

New Hotel in Munduk hold by a kindly balinese family. Don't expect much than the village standard... Remember you stay in the countryside.... Eat pray and love ! Good : Rooms are big, close to restaurant, with view to the mountain...relaxing. No need AC, nights are fresh enough. Very clean and quiet, the hotel is new. Charming little garden. Good value for money (250 000Rp) Bad : limited breakfast, (bread and fruit) had to pay extra for pancakes. WIFI can be installed in the room.

Nice and airy rooms with a pretty view on the garden and the valley. Attentive staff and good food at the restaurant.

Sometimes noisy at night with the road just behind the guesthouse and some dogs barking continiously. Some works are also taking place in the guesthouse right now to expand it.

Das Restaurant ist in einem schönen Bambuspavillon mit Aussicht in die Hügellandschaft, umgeben von prächtigem Garten?

Le personnel est très chaleureux et toujours prêt à vous rendre service... Le jardin est magnifique... La chambre est simple mais confortable avec une vue sur le jardin magnifique... La situation de la guest house est top pour partir en ballade à pied ou à scooter.

L eau chaude est parfois capricieuse...

accueil chaleureux des propriétaires soucieux de notre bien être. bonne table. au calme. joli jardin.

Petit coin de fraîcheur, balades dans les rizières accessibles a pied, personnel très accueillant et serviable, très bon repas et beau jardin

Arrangement paysager super! Vue impressionnante sur les collines! Personnel professionnel et attentif!

Nous avons apprécié les chambres du haut pour la vue.
