Karma Kandara    

We paid a little bit expensive for the room in order to have nice view. But there was no view at all without any explaination before for villa 35. we are very disappointed

Explain clearly in your website regarding your choise in view such as garden view or sea view or no view. your pictures was reprecented for sea view

This is a good place for relaxing. and the view of spa is so good, relax & quiet.

We are a family with my mum & dad (elder people) to go to. Because too many stairs for walk is very inconverience. and so wild (monkey always in here)

The staff are friendly. The ocean view is very great. The private beach is clean and beautiful.And I love the cable car down to the beach.

Location is too remote. The villa don't have shuttle bus to downtown. No airport pick up. Karma hotel introduced a car agency which offer pick up service from airport to villa which cost me 110usd. It is unacceptable. The restaurant view is great but I think the chair is quite old.

Nammos Beach Club and the experience surrounding it.

Been to Karma - Nammos Beach Club prior to staying with Karma kandara as a villa guest. Expecting more marvelous time and have requested early in the reservation for the ocean-facing villa, yet assigned to standard villa. The staff welcome & service is just so-so (may-be they are too overwhelmed). Upon reception, the staff keep offered us to sit down but all the seats are filled with other guests?? May be the staff sees more invincible seats that i don't see? Other guest were offered welcome drink and cold towel for refreshment but we have to ask for it. When we asked for the welcome drinks, the welcome staff ask me back, "oh, you guys have not offered welcome drink?", despite he is the only one there handling us himself. What kind of attitude was that? The toilet on first floor in our two-bedroom villa got some funky smell. There is only one golf cart servicing the whole resort and the wait time will be 30-45 minutes to getting one. Be prepared! AND... The welcome fruits in the living room are somewhat not fresh. The pineapple is rotten!!! Is this how they treat customers?

环境设施维护不好。 我们所住的47号别墅： 地下卧室的水不热； 地下卧室进门以后闻到刺鼻的霉味，且经久不散，即使大开空调和熏香；隔壁的房间堆着杂物； 地下一层阳台面对的小山谷里杂乱无章的垃圾和废弃物品，包括梯子，废纸等； 酒店无穿梭巴士shuttle bus，进城十分不便； 客厅沙发陈旧； 别墅泳池太小。

景色非常优美，房间足够大，很适合家庭出游，餐厅环境很好价格合理，下午退潮了可以在酒店海滩浮潜，有许多- 小鱼。

卫生间会常常发出臭味，房间的位置分布不合理，离大堂近的房间几乎看不到海。

Sehr schöne Location. Schöner Privatstrand in einer Bucht. Der Strand ist nur über das Hotel erreichbar. Eine Seilbahn fährt die 80m Höhenunterschied bis zum Strand. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Barbecue immer Sonntags am Strand ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind schon viel herrumgekommen. Das Hotel ist eines der besten was wir je hatten

Loved the facilities, location and the staff were generally lovely. Loved the Beach club - we had dinner there 3 of the 4 nights we were there.

We were disappointed the first night we were there as one of my friends had money stolen out of her wallet. The management team did respond well and gave us an extended check-out as well as 25% off our meal bill. The monkeys while quite nice to begin with were getting quite forward by the fifth day we were there - there were about 10 of them on our deck - using the pool during the day - we didn't dare go out. The traffic getting to Karma Kandara if you go out shopping or to a restaurant is a real nightmare - I would suggest you stay somewhere else if you are planning lots of trips out.
