Spa center was close and this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, breakfast horrible, we had eggs 4 days because that is all they offers for american breakfast, dirty sheets and towels, cant swim in the see, bugs all over the bed coming from the roof, all personnel is waiting for the money for everything(as tip), nothing to do in that area, is like a small village, is not wort the money.

Excellent location close to the beach - small, but beautiful and romantic. Very good & polite service. Room was very nice, fantastic surroundings and excellent breakfast.

Most likely malfunctioning of the Aircon system, could not regulate the temperature. Nice with free minibar but was not filled up. Clumsy check out procedure.

Very nice staff but without giving the impression of just being trained.The grand suite is phantastic offering good comfort and space. Although the poolside is small it offers privacy which we enjoyed a lot.Particularaly positive is the restaurant Ma Joly where an experienced chef is responsible for very nice dinners and an opulent, high end breakfast. But most delicious are the bakery products served at afternoon tea.The spa performs well with very knowledgable massage practise.

The Sandi Phala is a small boutique hotel and as such surrounded by some hotels definitely below the level of Sandi Phala.

Warm welcome upon arrival with a cold drink, beautiful courtyard with a lot of trees and flowers, free transfer service between the international airport and to the central part of Kuta. Room with a nice view of beach from the balcony as well as a private pool, well equipped bathroom and dressing space.

No towel rack near the sink. Room is still dark despite several lighting tools. No lift for the upper floor rooms.

Relaxe feel .....private feel ....within walking distance of Kuta. Quiet......less traveled due to price and location.

Rates in Bali are now limited in value for money...everywhere you go the key issue for hotels are money oriented...this hotel is nice, but expensive ...just like all of Bali. I won't rush back to Bali, because it has lost it's charm and is becoming over commercialized. Less charm in Bali than when I visited five years ago.

لا يوجد شيء مميز أستطيع أن أكتب عنه بالفندق غير أن القائمين على الخدمة وإدارة الفندق على مستوى جيد من التعامل والأخلاق

في الواقع ما شاهدته في الفندق ليس كما توقعته الفندق صغير ولا يعد فندق بالمعنى الحقيقي وسائل الترفيه شبه معدومة والفلل ليس كما شاهدتها في النت وحجزتها اذ تبعد عن الساحل ولا تطل عليه والفلل صغيرة جدا اذ هي عبارة عن غرفة بسرير مزدوج لا يوجد بها مكان للجلوس والاسترخاء والشاطئ غير نظيف إضافة إلى أن المكيف كان ضعيف جدا أي التبريد منخفض ولذا قررت ان انتقل إلى مكان آخر وأحجز وأسكن بواقع جميل رأيته بعيني

房间大，有设计感；沐浴用品高档；浴室设计有氛围；床上用品也不错；服务生态度热情；早餐不错，虽然不是自- 助餐，但美式早餐量多，也非常好吃；酒店虽然小，但绿化及设计不错，感觉很好。

房间的小泳池由于温度底，不能下水，如果能提供温水，就好了；另，SPA的房间有些陈旧，感觉有点旧，用品- 部高档。酒店较偏了一点，出去不方便；酒店外部的环境太差了。
