good location,friendly staff,wasnt noisy although we were on the main beach.

Staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Rooms were small but clean and well equipped. Daily servicing of the rooms was great.

Drinks at the bar were waaaaay expensive. 2 vodka and sodas and 2 soft drinks were A$40. Stupid prices. Never bought another drink there the whole time I stayed there. Just as well there was a terrific little local shop just down the street that sold everything.

We just stayed for one night. We went out for dinner. We did not join the facilities of the hotel.

The room was in noisy and had a bad smell.

Hotel staff to be less intrusive.

The staff were very friendly, the view from the pool was terrific.

The rooms are old, some are quite small and face either a construction site or a driveway - not very pleasant.

The location is good for those who like to be near the beach.

Rooms are rather small. I booked a room with so-called "ocean view" at extra charge but the view was a big disappointment. If we tried hard, we can catch a glimpse of the ocean, trees outside the balcony blocked out most of the ocean view.

location is really nice, close to the Kuta beach, it's just across the street. dining places Poopeys, legian and Kartika plaza streets also close. Looks nice, staff is ok.

Room is small, standard rooms are all on the ground floor. I guess that's what u get for that price. However location that what really mattered to me

Poor communication skills of staff.

Value for money; heavily over-priced.

Хороший отель.Прекрасное место расположение. Все что может понадобиться в радиусе 15 минут. Пляж через дорогу. Номера чистые и всегда очень хорошо убирают.
