I loved the friendliness and respect of the staff. The beauty of the ponds, flowers were so pleasing and relaxing.The pool was large and beautiful poolside cocktails.The restaurant had great food. I would definitely recommend it for its great location as well.

There was some renovations on the first day we booked in, but fortunately did not affect the rest of our stay.

Good location to access the beach and lots of restaurants, nightlife in the area. The room was luxurious and comfortable and exceeded my expectations as the price was very reasonable.

The price of drinks and food in the hotel were expensive.

The resort was right in front of Kuta beach, right where the waves were breaking. Such a wonderful location for surfers and for those who want to learn how to surf. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and a wonderful 15 minute massage. The resort provided a quiet retreat from the busy happenings in and around Kuta. We were steps away from bars, restaurants and the main road but the resort and our room was very peaceful.

Our sink was clogged for a while... The floor mat needs to be repaired/replaced. No free wi-fi.

Swimming pool was a couple of degrees too warm.

Everything was perfect on our 4 night getaway! We stayed in the garden apartments which were spacious & comfortable! The pool and cocktails were great, buffet breakfast was good with variety, dinner at the restaurant was the best Italian I have ever eaten! Couldn't ask for a better location accross from kuta beach and a few seconds from circle K. Will defiantly be coming back!!

We have stayed here twice now, and would highly recommend. We just love the whole ambience of the hotel, and will definately stay again.

Spa ok for the massage, certainly not for manicure/pedicure! Too loud music at the pool and really exaggerated prices at the bar/restaurant.

No way to close of the room from outside, bugs and lizards an easily enter the room through the sides of the doors, also outside noise due to the same reason.

There was not enough shade pool side which caused the pool to be to warm and it wasn't a redressing swim, the prices at the bar were too expensive nearly 50000rp for a Bintang and 90000 for a cocktail. We spent most of our time in other cheaper bars. Other than that the hotel was comfortable and pleasant.

Perfect location, easy access to Kuta beach, foods and leisure. Good restaurant with tasty food! Love that. It's quite a nice experience to have a little walk in the morning on the beach and back to have breakfast sitting next to the main street, though it could be noisy. Hotel has a green and quiet environment and staff are very helpful.

Room is a bit small. Since the public beach is not so public that it is actually behind a wall along the main street, there's no sea view from any place of the hotel...

Saya menginap selama 4 malam di Kuta Seaview bersama istri dan anak2. That is good place to stay, first arrive then they upgrade my room to suite without any more charge......I wish to stay again in this hotel, thanks alot

Hotel location is just steps away from the famous Kuta Beach, close by restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and responses are quick. Breakfast served also nice. Enjoying with my stay here and worth the money spent - my room was upgraded for free and I really appreciate that.

No free wifi where most of the hotels/villas in Bali offered that.

No elevator

Good location and relatively small hotel.I Have stayed here everytime I am in Kuta because it is so convenient for shopping,gallivanting and the beach is a just beside it.So ok but nothing very spectacular like other upmarket properties such as The Four Seasons or Westin.

First they never bothered to respond to your email for reservations even though you are a frequent visitor and secondly one has to pay for wifi whereas at most others this service in this day and age is complimentary...just built into the room rate which is already higher than others similar.
